الفاتحة
1:1
بِسْمِ In (the) name bis'mi
In (the) name ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah l-lahi
(of) Allah ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ the Most Gracious l-raḥmāni
the Most Gracious ٱلرَّحِيمِ the Most Merciful l-raḥīmi
the Most Merciful ١ (1)
(1)
Im Namen Allahs, des Allerbarmers, des Barmherzigen.
1:2
ٱلْحَمْدُ All praises and thanks al-ḥamdu
All praises and thanks لِلَّهِ (be) to Allah lillahi
(be) to Allah رَبِّ the Lord rabbi
the Lord ٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ of the universe l-ʿālamīna
of the universe ٢ (2)
(2)
(Alles) Lob gehört Allah, dem Herrn der Welten,
1:3
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ The Most Gracious al-raḥmāni
The Most Gracious ٱلرَّحِيمِ the Most Merciful l-raḥīmi
the Most Merciful ٣ (3)
(3)
dem Allerbarmer, dem Barmherzigen,
1:4
مَـٰلِكِ (The) Master māliki
(The) Master يَوْمِ (of the) Day yawmi
(of the) Day ٱلدِّينِ (of the) Judgment l-dīni
(of the) Judgment ٤ (4)
(4)
dem Herrscher am Tag des Gerichts.
1:5
إِيَّاكَ You Alone iyyāka
You Alone نَعْبُدُ we worship naʿbudu
we worship وَإِيَّاكَ and You Alone wa-iyyāka
and You Alone نَسْتَعِينُ we ask for help nastaʿīnu
we ask for help ٥ (5)

Dir allein dienen wir, und zu Dir allein flehen wir um Hilfe.
1:6
ٱهْدِنَا Guide us ih'dinā
Guide us ٱلصِّرَٰطَ (to) the path l-ṣirāṭa
(to) the path ٱلْمُسْتَقِيمَ the straight l-mus'taqīma
the straight ٦ (6)

Leite uns den geraden Weg,
1:7
صِرَٰطَ (The) path ṣirāṭa
(The) path ٱلَّذِينَ (of) those alladhīna
(of) those أَنْعَمْتَ You have bestowed (Your) Favors anʿamta
You have bestowed (Your) Favors عَلَيْهِمْ on them ʿalayhim
on them غَيْرِ not (of) ghayri
not (of) ٱلْمَغْضُوبِ those who earned (Your) wrath l-maghḍūbi
those who earned (Your) wrath عَلَيْهِمْ on themselves ʿalayhim
on themselves وَلَا and not walā
and not ٱلضَّآلِّينَ (of) those who go astray l-ḍālīna
(of) those who go astray ٧ (7)
(7)
den Weg derjenigen, denen Du Gunst erwiesen hast, nicht derjenigen, die (Deinen) Zorn erregt haben, und nicht der Irregehenden!
