(of) Allah ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ the Most Gracious l-raḥmāni
the Most Gracious ٱلرَّحِيمِ the Most Merciful l-raḥīmi
the Most Merciful
In (the) name ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah l-lahi
(of) Allah ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ the Most Gracious l-raḥmāni
the Most Gracious ٱلرَّحِيمِ the Most Merciful l-raḥīmi
the Most Merciful
Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux
76:1
هَلْ
Has
hal
Has أَتَىٰ (there) come atā
(there) come عَلَى upon ʿalā
upon ٱلْإِنسَـٰنِ man l-insāni
man حِينٌۭ a period ḥīnun
a period مِّنَ of mina
of ٱلدَّهْرِ time l-dahri
time لَمْ not lam
not يَكُن he was yakun
he was شَيْـًۭٔا a thing shayan
a thing مَّذْكُورًا mentioned madhkūran
mentioned ١ (1)
(1)
Has أَتَىٰ (there) come atā
(there) come عَلَى upon ʿalā
upon ٱلْإِنسَـٰنِ man l-insāni
man حِينٌۭ a period ḥīnun
a period مِّنَ of mina
of ٱلدَّهْرِ time l-dahri
time لَمْ not lam
not يَكُن he was yakun
he was شَيْـًۭٔا a thing shayan
a thing مَّذْكُورًا mentioned madhkūran
mentioned ١ (1)
(1)
S’est-il écoulé pour l’homme un laps de temps durant lequel il n’était même pas une chose mentionnable ?
76:2
إِنَّا
Indeed, We
innā
Indeed, We خَلَقْنَا [We] created khalaqnā
[We] created ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ man l-insāna
man مِن from min
from نُّطْفَةٍ a semen-drop nuṭ'fatin
a semen-drop أَمْشَاجٍۢ a mixture amshājin
a mixture نَّبْتَلِيهِ (that) We test him nabtalīhi
(that) We test him فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ so We made (for) him fajaʿalnāhu
so We made (for) him سَمِيعًۢا hearing samīʿan
hearing بَصِيرًا and sight baṣīran
and sight ٢ (2)
(2)
Indeed, We خَلَقْنَا [We] created khalaqnā
[We] created ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ man l-insāna
man مِن from min
from نُّطْفَةٍ a semen-drop nuṭ'fatin
a semen-drop أَمْشَاجٍۢ a mixture amshājin
a mixture نَّبْتَلِيهِ (that) We test him nabtalīhi
(that) We test him فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُ so We made (for) him fajaʿalnāhu
so We made (for) him سَمِيعًۢا hearing samīʿan
hearing بَصِيرًا and sight baṣīran
and sight ٢ (2)
(2)
En effet, Nous avons créé l’homme d’une goutte de sperme mélangé [aux composantes diverses] pour le mettre à l’épreuve. [C’est pourquoi] Nous l’avons fait entendant et voyant.
76:3
إِنَّا
Indeed, We
innā
Indeed, We هَدَيْنَـٰهُ guided him hadaynāhu
guided him ٱلسَّبِيلَ (to) the way l-sabīla
(to) the way إِمَّا whether immā
whether شَاكِرًۭا (he) be grateful shākiran
(he) be grateful وَإِمَّا and whether wa-immā
and whether كَفُورًا (he) be ungrateful kafūran
(he) be ungrateful ٣ (3)
(3)
Indeed, We هَدَيْنَـٰهُ guided him hadaynāhu
guided him ٱلسَّبِيلَ (to) the way l-sabīla
(to) the way إِمَّا whether immā
whether شَاكِرًۭا (he) be grateful shākiran
(he) be grateful وَإِمَّا and whether wa-immā
and whether كَفُورًا (he) be ungrateful kafūran
(he) be ungrateful ٣ (3)
(3)
Nous l’avons guidé dans le chemin, - qu’il soit reconnaissant ou ingrat -
76:4
إِنَّآ
Indeed, We
innā
Indeed, We أَعْتَدْنَا [We] have prepared aʿtadnā
[We] have prepared لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ for the disbelievers lil'kāfirīna
for the disbelievers سَلَـٰسِلَا۟ chains salāsilā
chains وَأَغْلَـٰلًۭا and shackles wa-aghlālan
and shackles وَسَعِيرًا and a Blazing Fire wasaʿīran
and a Blazing Fire ٤ (4)
(4)
Indeed, We أَعْتَدْنَا [We] have prepared aʿtadnā
[We] have prepared لِلْكَـٰفِرِينَ for the disbelievers lil'kāfirīna
for the disbelievers سَلَـٰسِلَا۟ chains salāsilā
chains وَأَغْلَـٰلًۭا and shackles wa-aghlālan
and shackles وَسَعِيرًا and a Blazing Fire wasaʿīran
and a Blazing Fire ٤ (4)
(4)
Nous avons préparé pour les infidèles des chaînes, des carcans et une fournaise ardente.
76:5
إِنَّ
Indeed
inna
Indeed ٱلْأَبْرَارَ the righteous l-abrāra
the righteous يَشْرَبُونَ will drink yashrabūna
will drink مِن from min
from كَأْسٍۢ a cup kasin
a cup كَانَ is kāna
is مِزَاجُهَا its mixture mizājuhā
its mixture كَافُورًا (of) Kafur kāfūran
(of) Kafur ٥ (5)
(5)
Indeed ٱلْأَبْرَارَ the righteous l-abrāra
the righteous يَشْرَبُونَ will drink yashrabūna
will drink مِن from min
from كَأْسٍۢ a cup kasin
a cup كَانَ is kāna
is مِزَاجُهَا its mixture mizājuhā
its mixture كَافُورًا (of) Kafur kāfūran
(of) Kafur ٥ (5)
(5)
Les vertueux boiront d’une coupe dont le mélange sera de camphre,
76:6
عَيْنًۭا
A spring
ʿaynan
A spring يَشْرَبُ will drink yashrabu
will drink بِهَا from it bihā
from it عِبَادُ (the) slaves ʿibādu
(the) slaves ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah l-lahi
(of) Allah يُفَجِّرُونَهَا causing it to gush forth yufajjirūnahā
causing it to gush forth تَفْجِيرًۭا abundantly tafjīran
abundantly ٦ (6)
(6)
A spring يَشْرَبُ will drink yashrabu
will drink بِهَا from it bihā
from it عِبَادُ (the) slaves ʿibādu
(the) slaves ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah l-lahi
(of) Allah يُفَجِّرُونَهَا causing it to gush forth yufajjirūnahā
causing it to gush forth تَفْجِيرًۭا abundantly tafjīran
abundantly ٦ (6)
(6)
d’une source de laquelle boiront les serviteurs d’Allah et ils la feront jaillir en abondance .
76:7
يُوفُونَ
They fulfill
yūfūna
They fulfill بِٱلنَّذْرِ the vows bil-nadhri
the vows وَيَخَافُونَ and fear wayakhāfūna
and fear يَوْمًۭا a Day yawman
a Day كَانَ (which) is kāna
(which) is شَرُّهُۥ its evil sharruhu
its evil مُسْتَطِيرًۭا widespread mus'taṭīran
widespread ٧ (7)
(7)
They fulfill بِٱلنَّذْرِ the vows bil-nadhri
the vows وَيَخَافُونَ and fear wayakhāfūna
and fear يَوْمًۭا a Day yawman
a Day كَانَ (which) is kāna
(which) is شَرُّهُۥ its evil sharruhu
its evil مُسْتَطِيرًۭا widespread mus'taṭīran
widespread ٧ (7)
(7)
Ils accomplissent leurs vœux et ils redoutent un jour dont le mal s’étendra partout.
76:8
وَيُطْعِمُونَ
And they feed
wayuṭ'ʿimūna
And they feed ٱلطَّعَامَ the food l-ṭaʿāma
the food عَلَىٰ in spite of ʿalā
in spite of حُبِّهِۦ love (for) it ḥubbihi
love (for) it مِسْكِينًۭا (to the) needy mis'kīnan
(to the) needy وَيَتِيمًۭا and (the) orphan wayatīman
and (the) orphan وَأَسِيرًا and (the) captive wa-asīran
and (the) captive ٨ (8)
(8)
And they feed ٱلطَّعَامَ the food l-ṭaʿāma
the food عَلَىٰ in spite of ʿalā
in spite of حُبِّهِۦ love (for) it ḥubbihi
love (for) it مِسْكِينًۭا (to the) needy mis'kīnan
(to the) needy وَيَتِيمًۭا and (the) orphan wayatīman
and (the) orphan وَأَسِيرًا and (the) captive wa-asīran
and (the) captive ٨ (8)
(8)
et offrent la nourriture, malgré son amour , au pauvre, à l’orphelin et au prisonnier,
76:9
إِنَّمَا
Only
innamā
Only نُطْعِمُكُمْ we feed you nuṭ'ʿimukum
we feed you لِوَجْهِ for (the) Countenance liwajhi
for (the) Countenance ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah l-lahi
(of) Allah لَا Not lā
Not نُرِيدُ we desire nurīdu
we desire مِنكُمْ from you minkum
from you جَزَآءًۭ any reward jazāan
any reward وَلَا and not walā
and not شُكُورًا thanks shukūran
thanks ٩ (9)
(9)
Only نُطْعِمُكُمْ we feed you nuṭ'ʿimukum
we feed you لِوَجْهِ for (the) Countenance liwajhi
for (the) Countenance ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah l-lahi
(of) Allah لَا Not lā
Not نُرِيدُ we desire nurīdu
we desire مِنكُمْ from you minkum
from you جَزَآءًۭ any reward jazāan
any reward وَلَا and not walā
and not شُكُورًا thanks shukūran
thanks ٩ (9)
(9)
(disant) : "C’est pour le visage d’Allah que nous vous nourrissons : nous ne voulons de vous ni récompense ni gratitude.
76:10
إِنَّا
Indeed, we
innā
Indeed, we نَخَافُ fear nakhāfu
fear مِن from min
from رَّبِّنَا our Lord rabbinā
our Lord يَوْمًا a Day yawman
a Day عَبُوسًۭا harsh ʿabūsan
harsh قَمْطَرِيرًۭا and distressful qamṭarīran
and distressful ١٠ (10)
(10)
Indeed, we نَخَافُ fear nakhāfu
fear مِن from min
from رَّبِّنَا our Lord rabbinā
our Lord يَوْمًا a Day yawman
a Day عَبُوسًۭا harsh ʿabūsan
harsh قَمْطَرِيرًۭا and distressful qamṭarīran
and distressful ١٠ (10)
(10)
Nous redoutons, de notre Seigneur, un jour terrible et catastrophique."
76:11
فَوَقَىٰهُمُ
But will protect them
fawaqāhumu
But will protect them ٱللَّهُ Allah l-lahu
Allah شَرَّ (from the) evil sharra
(from the) evil ذَٰلِكَ (of) that dhālika
(of) that ٱلْيَوْمِ Day l-yawmi
Day وَلَقَّىٰهُمْ and will cause them to meet walaqqāhum
and will cause them to meet نَضْرَةًۭ radiance naḍratan
radiance وَسُرُورًۭا and happiness wasurūran
and happiness ١١ (11)
(11)
But will protect them ٱللَّهُ Allah l-lahu
Allah شَرَّ (from the) evil sharra
(from the) evil ذَٰلِكَ (of) that dhālika
(of) that ٱلْيَوْمِ Day l-yawmi
Day وَلَقَّىٰهُمْ and will cause them to meet walaqqāhum
and will cause them to meet نَضْرَةًۭ radiance naḍratan
radiance وَسُرُورًۭا and happiness wasurūran
and happiness ١١ (11)
(11)
Allah les protégera donc du mal de ce jour-là, et leur fera rencontrer la splendeur et la joie,
76:12
وَجَزَىٰهُم
And will reward them
wajazāhum
And will reward them بِمَا because bimā
because صَبَرُوا۟ they were patient ṣabarū
they were patient جَنَّةًۭ (with) a Garden jannatan
(with) a Garden وَحَرِيرًۭا and silk waḥarīran
and silk ١٢ (12)
(12)
And will reward them بِمَا because bimā
because صَبَرُوا۟ they were patient ṣabarū
they were patient جَنَّةًۭ (with) a Garden jannatan
(with) a Garden وَحَرِيرًۭا and silk waḥarīran
and silk ١٢ (12)
(12)
et les rétribuera pour ce qu’ils auront enduré, en leur donnant le Paradis et des [vêtements] de soie,
76:13
مُّتَّكِـِٔينَ
Reclining
muttakiīna
Reclining فِيهَا therein fīhā
therein عَلَى on ʿalā
on ٱلْأَرَآئِكِ ۖ couches l-arāiki
couches لَا Not lā
Not يَرَوْنَ they will see yarawna
they will see فِيهَا therein fīhā
therein شَمْسًۭا sun shamsan
sun وَلَا and not walā
and not زَمْهَرِيرًۭا freezing cold zamharīran
freezing cold ١٣ (13)
(13)
Reclining فِيهَا therein fīhā
therein عَلَى on ʿalā
on ٱلْأَرَآئِكِ ۖ couches l-arāiki
couches لَا Not lā
Not يَرَوْنَ they will see yarawna
they will see فِيهَا therein fīhā
therein شَمْسًۭا sun shamsan
sun وَلَا and not walā
and not زَمْهَرِيرًۭا freezing cold zamharīran
freezing cold ١٣ (13)
(13)
ils y seront accoudés sur des divans, n’y voyant ni soleil ni froid glacial .
76:14
وَدَانِيَةً
And near
wadāniyatan
And near عَلَيْهِمْ above them ʿalayhim
above them ظِلَـٰلُهَا (are) its shades ẓilāluhā
(are) its shades وَذُلِّلَتْ and will hang low wadhullilat
and will hang low قُطُوفُهَا its cluster of fruits quṭūfuhā
its cluster of fruits تَذْلِيلًۭا dangling low tadhlīlan
dangling low ١٤ (14)
(14)
And near عَلَيْهِمْ above them ʿalayhim
above them ظِلَـٰلُهَا (are) its shades ẓilāluhā
(are) its shades وَذُلِّلَتْ and will hang low wadhullilat
and will hang low قُطُوفُهَا its cluster of fruits quṭūfuhā
its cluster of fruits تَذْلِيلًۭا dangling low tadhlīlan
dangling low ١٤ (14)
(14)
Ses ombrages les couvriront de près, et ses fruits inclinés bien-bas [à portée de leurs mains].
76:15
وَيُطَافُ
And will be circulated
wayuṭāfu
And will be circulated عَلَيْهِم among them ʿalayhim
among them بِـَٔانِيَةٍۢ vessels biāniyatin
vessels مِّن of min
of فِضَّةٍۢ silver fiḍḍatin
silver وَأَكْوَابٍۢ and cups wa-akwābin
and cups كَانَتْ (that) are kānat
(that) are قَوَارِيرَا۠ (of) crystal qawārīrā
(of) crystal ١٥ (15)
(15)
And will be circulated عَلَيْهِم among them ʿalayhim
among them بِـَٔانِيَةٍۢ vessels biāniyatin
vessels مِّن of min
of فِضَّةٍۢ silver fiḍḍatin
silver وَأَكْوَابٍۢ and cups wa-akwābin
and cups كَانَتْ (that) are kānat
(that) are قَوَارِيرَا۠ (of) crystal qawārīrā
(of) crystal ١٥ (15)
(15)
Et l’on fera circuler parmi eux des récipients d’argent et des coupes cristallines,
76:16
قَوَارِيرَا۟
Crystal-clear
qawārīrā
Crystal-clear مِن of min
of فِضَّةٍۢ silver fiḍḍatin
silver قَدَّرُوهَا They will determine its qaddarūhā
They will determine its تَقْدِيرًۭا measure taqdīran
measure ١٦ (16)
(16)
Crystal-clear مِن of min

silver قَدَّرُوهَا They will determine its qaddarūhā
They will determine its تَقْدِيرًۭا measure taqdīran

en cristal d’argent, dont le contenu a été savamment dosé.
76:17
وَيُسْقَوْنَ
And they will be given to drink
wayus'qawna
And they will be given to drink فِيهَا therein fīhā
therein كَأْسًۭا a cup kasan
a cup كَانَ is kāna
is مِزَاجُهَا its mixture mizājuhā
its mixture زَنجَبِيلًا (of) Zanjabil zanjabīlan
(of) Zanjabil ١٧ (17)
(17)
And they will be given to drink فِيهَا therein fīhā
therein كَأْسًۭا a cup kasan
a cup كَانَ is kāna
is مِزَاجُهَا its mixture mizājuhā
its mixture زَنجَبِيلًا (of) Zanjabil zanjabīlan
(of) Zanjabil ١٧ (17)
(17)
Et là, ils seront abreuvés d’une coupe dont le mélange sera de gingembre,
76:18
عَيْنًۭا
A spring
ʿaynan
A spring فِيهَا therein fīhā
therein تُسَمَّىٰ named tusammā
named سَلْسَبِيلًۭا Salsabil salsabīlan
Salsabil ١٨ (18)

A spring فِيهَا therein fīhā
therein تُسَمَّىٰ named tusammā
named سَلْسَبِيلًۭا Salsabil salsabīlan
Salsabil ١٨ (18)
(18)
puisé là-dedans à une source qui s’appelle Salsabîl.
76:19
۞ وَيَطُوفُ
And will circulate
wayaṭūfu
And will circulate عَلَيْهِمْ among them ʿalayhim
among them وِلْدَٰنٌۭ young boys wil'dānun
young boys مُّخَلَّدُونَ made eternal mukhalladūna
made eternal إِذَا When idhā
When رَأَيْتَهُمْ you see them ra-aytahum
you see them حَسِبْتَهُمْ you would think them ḥasib'tahum
you would think them لُؤْلُؤًۭا (to be) pearls lu'lu-an
(to be) pearls مَّنثُورًۭا scattered manthūran
scattered ١٩ (19)
(19)
And will circulate عَلَيْهِمْ among them ʿalayhim
among them وِلْدَٰنٌۭ young boys wil'dānun
young boys مُّخَلَّدُونَ made eternal mukhalladūna
made eternal إِذَا When idhā
When رَأَيْتَهُمْ you see them ra-aytahum
you see them حَسِبْتَهُمْ you would think them ḥasib'tahum
you would think them لُؤْلُؤًۭا (to be) pearls lu'lu-an
(to be) pearls مَّنثُورًۭا scattered manthūran
scattered ١٩ (19)
(19)
Et parmi eux, circuleront des garçons éternellement jeunes. Quand tu les verras, tu les prendras pour des perles éparpillées.
76:20
وَإِذَا
And when
wa-idhā
And when رَأَيْتَ you look ra-ayta
you look ثَمَّ then thamma
then رَأَيْتَ you will see ra-ayta
you will see نَعِيمًۭا blessings naʿīman
blessings وَمُلْكًۭا and a kingdom wamul'kan
and a kingdom كَبِيرًا great kabīran
great ٢٠ (20)
(20)
And when رَأَيْتَ you look ra-ayta
you look ثَمَّ then thamma
then رَأَيْتَ you will see ra-ayta
you will see نَعِيمًۭا blessings naʿīman
blessings وَمُلْكًۭا and a kingdom wamul'kan
and a kingdom كَبِيرًا great kabīran
great ٢٠ (20)
(20)
Et quand tu regarderas là-bas, tu verras un délice et un vaste royaume.
76:21
عَـٰلِيَهُمْ
Upon them
ʿāliyahum
Upon them ثِيَابُ (will be) garments thiyābu
(will be) garments سُندُسٍ (of) fine silk sundusin
(of) fine silk خُضْرٌۭ green khuḍ'run
green وَإِسْتَبْرَقٌۭ ۖ and heavy brocade wa-is'tabraqun
and heavy brocade وَحُلُّوٓا۟ And they will be adorned waḥullū
And they will be adorned أَسَاوِرَ (with) bracelets asāwira
(with) bracelets مِن of min
of فِضَّةٍۢ silver fiḍḍatin
silver وَسَقَىٰهُمْ and will give them to drink wasaqāhum
and will give them to drink رَبُّهُمْ their Lord rabbuhum
their Lord شَرَابًۭا a drink sharāban
a drink طَهُورًا pure ṭahūran
pure ٢١ (21)
(21)
Upon them ثِيَابُ (will be) garments thiyābu
(will be) garments سُندُسٍ (of) fine silk sundusin
(of) fine silk خُضْرٌۭ green khuḍ'run
green وَإِسْتَبْرَقٌۭ ۖ and heavy brocade wa-is'tabraqun
and heavy brocade وَحُلُّوٓا۟ And they will be adorned waḥullū
And they will be adorned أَسَاوِرَ (with) bracelets asāwira
(with) bracelets مِن of min
of فِضَّةٍۢ silver fiḍḍatin
silver وَسَقَىٰهُمْ and will give them to drink wasaqāhum
and will give them to drink رَبُّهُمْ their Lord rabbuhum
their Lord شَرَابًۭا a drink sharāban
a drink طَهُورًا pure ṭahūran
pure ٢١ (21)
(21)
Ils porteront des vêtements verts de satin et de brocart. Et ils seront parés de bracelets d’argent. Et leur Seigneur les abreuvera d’une boisson très pure.
76:22
إِنَّ
Indeed
inna
Indeed هَـٰذَا this hādhā
this كَانَ is kāna
is لَكُمْ for you lakum
for you جَزَآءًۭ a reward jazāan
a reward وَكَانَ and has been wakāna
and has been سَعْيُكُم your effort saʿyukum
your effort مَّشْكُورًا appreciated mashkūran
appreciated ٢٢ (22)
(22)
Indeed هَـٰذَا this hādhā
this كَانَ is kāna
is لَكُمْ for you lakum
for you جَزَآءًۭ a reward jazāan
a reward وَكَانَ and has been wakāna
and has been سَعْيُكُم your effort saʿyukum
your effort مَّشْكُورًا appreciated mashkūran
appreciated ٢٢ (22)
(22)
Cela sera pour vous une récompense, et votre effort sera reconnu.
76:23
إِنَّا
Indeed, We
innā
Indeed, We نَحْنُ [We] naḥnu
[We] نَزَّلْنَا [We] revealed nazzalnā
[We] revealed عَلَيْكَ to you ʿalayka
to you ٱلْقُرْءَانَ the Quran l-qur'āna
the Quran تَنزِيلًۭا progressively tanzīlan
progressively ٢٣ (23)
(23)
Indeed, We نَحْنُ [We] naḥnu
[We] نَزَّلْنَا [We] revealed nazzalnā
[We] revealed عَلَيْكَ to you ʿalayka
to you ٱلْقُرْءَانَ the Quran l-qur'āna
the Quran تَنزِيلًۭا progressively tanzīlan
progressively ٢٣ (23)
(23)
En vérité c’est Nous qui avons fait descendre sur toi le Coran graduellement.
76:24
فَٱصْبِرْ
So be patient
fa-iṣ'bir
So be patient لِحُكْمِ for (the) Command liḥuk'mi
for (the) Command رَبِّكَ (of) your Lord rabbika
(of) your Lord وَلَا and (do) not walā
and (do) not تُطِعْ obey tuṭiʿ
obey مِنْهُمْ from them min'hum
from them ءَاثِمًا any sinner āthiman
any sinner أَوْ or aw
or كَفُورًۭا disbeliever kafūran
disbeliever ٢٤ (24)
(24)
So be patient لِحُكْمِ for (the) Command liḥuk'mi
for (the) Command رَبِّكَ (of) your Lord rabbika
(of) your Lord وَلَا and (do) not walā
and (do) not تُطِعْ obey tuṭiʿ
obey مِنْهُمْ from them min'hum
from them ءَاثِمًا any sinner āthiman
any sinner أَوْ or aw
or كَفُورًۭا disbeliever kafūran
disbeliever ٢٤ (24)
(24)
Endure donc ce que ton Seigneur a décrété, et n’obéis ni au pécheur, parmi eux, ni au grand mécréant.
76:25
وَٱذْكُرِ
And remember
wa-udh'kuri
And remember ٱسْمَ (the) name is'ma
(the) name رَبِّكَ (of) your Lord rabbika
(of) your Lord بُكْرَةًۭ morning buk'ratan
morning وَأَصِيلًۭا and evening wa-aṣīlan
and evening ٢٥ (25)
(25)
And remember ٱسْمَ (the) name is'ma
(the) name رَبِّكَ (of) your Lord rabbika
(of) your Lord بُكْرَةًۭ morning buk'ratan
morning وَأَصِيلًۭا and evening wa-aṣīlan
and evening ٢٥ (25)
(25)
Et invoque le nom de ton Seigneur, matin et après-midi ;
76:26
وَمِنَ
And of
wamina
And of ٱلَّيْلِ the night al-layli
the night فَٱسْجُدْ prostrate fa-us'jud
prostrate لَهُۥ to Him lahu
to Him وَسَبِّحْهُ and glorify Him wasabbiḥ'hu
and glorify Him لَيْلًۭا a night laylan
a night طَوِيلًا long ṭawīlan
long ٢٦ (26)
(26)
And of ٱلَّيْلِ the night al-layli
the night فَٱسْجُدْ prostrate fa-us'jud
prostrate لَهُۥ to Him lahu
to Him وَسَبِّحْهُ and glorify Him wasabbiḥ'hu
and glorify Him لَيْلًۭا a night laylan
a night طَوِيلًا long ṭawīlan
long ٢٦ (26)
(26)
et prosterne-toi devant Lui une partie de la nuit ; et glorifie Le de longues [heures] pendant la nuit.
76:27
إِنَّ
Indeed
inna
Indeed هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ these hāulāi
these يُحِبُّونَ love yuḥibbūna
love ٱلْعَاجِلَةَ the immediate l-ʿājilata
the immediate وَيَذَرُونَ and leave wayadharūna
and leave وَرَآءَهُمْ behind them warāahum
behind them يَوْمًۭا a Day yawman
a Day ثَقِيلًۭا grave thaqīlan
grave ٢٧ (27)
(27)
Indeed هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ these hāulāi
these يُحِبُّونَ love yuḥibbūna
love ٱلْعَاجِلَةَ the immediate l-ʿājilata
the immediate وَيَذَرُونَ and leave wayadharūna
and leave وَرَآءَهُمْ behind them warāahum
behind them يَوْمًۭا a Day yawman
a Day ثَقِيلًۭا grave thaqīlan
grave ٢٧ (27)
(27)
Ces gens-là aiment [la vie] éphémère (la vie sur terre) et laissent derrière eux un jour bien lourd [le jour du Jugement].
76:28
نَّحْنُ
We
naḥnu
We خَلَقْنَـٰهُمْ created them khalaqnāhum
created them وَشَدَدْنَآ and We strengthened washadadnā
and We strengthened أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ their forms asrahum
their forms وَإِذَا and when wa-idhā
and when شِئْنَا We will shi'nā
We will بَدَّلْنَآ We can change baddalnā
We can change أَمْثَـٰلَهُمْ their likeness[es] amthālahum
their likeness[es] تَبْدِيلًا (with) a change tabdīlan
(with) a change ٢٨ (28)
(28)
We خَلَقْنَـٰهُمْ created them khalaqnāhum
created them وَشَدَدْنَآ and We strengthened washadadnā
and We strengthened أَسْرَهُمْ ۖ their forms asrahum
their forms وَإِذَا and when wa-idhā
and when شِئْنَا We will shi'nā

We can change أَمْثَـٰلَهُمْ their likeness[es] amthālahum
their likeness[es] تَبْدِيلًا (with) a change tabdīlan
(with) a change ٢٨ (28)
(28)
C’est Nous qui les avons créés et avons fortifié leur constitution. Quand Nous voulons, cependant, Nous les remplaçons [facilement] par leurs semblables.
76:29
إِنَّ
Indeed
inna
Indeed هَـٰذِهِۦ this hādhihi
this تَذْكِرَةٌۭ ۖ (is) a reminder tadhkiratun
(is) a reminder فَمَن so whoever faman
so whoever شَآءَ wills shāa
wills ٱتَّخَذَ let him take ittakhadha
let him take إِلَىٰ to ilā
to رَبِّهِۦ his Lord rabbihi
his Lord سَبِيلًۭا a way sabīlan
a way ٢٩ (29)
(29)
Indeed هَـٰذِهِۦ this hādhihi
this تَذْكِرَةٌۭ ۖ (is) a reminder tadhkiratun
(is) a reminder فَمَن so whoever faman
so whoever شَآءَ wills shāa
wills ٱتَّخَذَ let him take ittakhadha
let him take إِلَىٰ to ilā
to رَبِّهِۦ his Lord rabbihi
his Lord سَبِيلًۭا a way sabīlan
a way ٢٩ (29)
(29)
Ceci est un rappel. Que celui qui veut prenne donc le chemin vers son Seigneur !
76:30
وَمَا
And not
wamā
And not تَشَآءُونَ you will tashāūna
you will إِلَّآ except illā
except أَن that an
that يَشَآءَ wills yashāa
wills ٱللَّهُ ۚ Allah l-lahu
Allah إِنَّ Indeed inna
Indeed ٱللَّهَ Allah l-laha
Allah كَانَ is kāna
is عَلِيمًا All-Knower ʿalīman
All-Knower حَكِيمًۭا All-Wise ḥakīman
All-Wise ٣٠ (30)
(30)
And not تَشَآءُونَ you will tashāūna
you will إِلَّآ except illā
except أَن that an
that يَشَآءَ wills yashāa
wills ٱللَّهُ ۚ Allah l-lahu
Allah إِنَّ Indeed inna
Indeed ٱللَّهَ Allah l-laha
Allah كَانَ is kāna
is عَلِيمًا All-Knower ʿalīman
All-Knower حَكِيمًۭا All-Wise ḥakīman
All-Wise ٣٠ (30)
(30)
Cependant, vous ne saurez vouloir, à moins qu’Allah veuille. Et Allah est Omniscient et Sage.
76:31
يُدْخِلُ
He admits
yud'khilu
He admits مَن whom man
whom يَشَآءُ He wills yashāu
He wills فِى into fī
into رَحْمَتِهِۦ ۚ His mercy raḥmatihi
His mercy وَٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ but (for) the wrongdoers wal-ẓālimīna
but (for) the wrongdoers أَعَدَّ He has prepared aʿadda
He has prepared لَهُمْ for them lahum
for them عَذَابًا a punishment ʿadhāban
a punishment أَلِيمًۢا painful alīman
painful ٣١ (31)
(31)
He admits مَن whom man
whom يَشَآءُ He wills yashāu
He wills فِى into fī
into رَحْمَتِهِۦ ۚ His mercy raḥmatihi
His mercy وَٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ but (for) the wrongdoers wal-ẓālimīna
but (for) the wrongdoers أَعَدَّ He has prepared aʿadda
He has prepared لَهُمْ for them lahum
for them عَذَابًا a punishment ʿadhāban
a punishment أَلِيمًۢا painful alīman
painful ٣١ (31)
(31)
Il fait entrer qui Il veut dans Sa miséricorde. Et quant aux injustes, Il leur a préparé un châtiment douloureux.
