النازعات
Bismillah
بِسْمِ In (the) name bis'mi
In (the) name
ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah l-lahi
(of) Allah
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ the Most Gracious l-raḥmāni
the Most Gracious
ٱلرَّحِيمِ the Most Merciful l-raḥīmi
the Most Merciful
Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux
79:1
وَٱلنَّـٰزِعَـٰتِ By those who extract wal-nāziʿāti
By those who extract
غَرْقًۭا violently gharqan
violently
١ (1)
(1)
Par ceux qui arrachent violemment !
79:2
وَٱلنَّـٰشِطَـٰتِ And those who draw out wal-nāshiṭāti
And those who draw out
نَشْطًۭا gently nashṭan
gently
٢ (2)
(2)
Et par ceux qui recueillent avec douceur !
79:3
وَٱلسَّـٰبِحَـٰتِ And those who glide wal-sābiḥāti
And those who glide
سَبْحًۭا swimming sabḥan
swimming
٣ (3)
(3)
Et par ceux qui voguent librement,
79:4
فَٱلسَّـٰبِقَـٰتِ And those who race each other fal-sābiqāti
And those who race each other
سَبْقًۭا (in) a race sabqan
(in) a race
٤ (4)
(4)
puis s’élancent à toute vitesse,
79:5
فَٱلْمُدَبِّرَٰتِ And those who arrange fal-mudabirāti
And those who arrange
أَمْرًۭا (the) matter amran
(the) matter
٥ (5)
(5)
et règlent les affaires !
79:6
يَوْمَ (The) Day yawma
(The) Day
تَرْجُفُ will quake tarjufu
will quake
ٱلرَّاجِفَةُ the quaking one l-rājifatu
the quaking one
٦ (6)
(6)
Le jour où [la terre] tremblera [au premier son du clairon]
79:7
تَتْبَعُهَا Follows it tatbaʿuhā
Follows it
ٱلرَّادِفَةُ the subsequent l-rādifatu
the subsequent
٧ (7)
(7)
immédiatement suivi du deuxième.
79:8
قُلُوبٌۭ Hearts qulūbun
Hearts
يَوْمَئِذٍۢ that Day yawma-idhin
that Day
وَاجِفَةٌ will palpitate wājifatun
will palpitate
٨ (8)
(8)
Ce jour-là, il y aura des cœurs qui seront agités d’effroi,
79:9
أَبْصَـٰرُهَا Their eyes abṣāruhā
Their eyes
خَـٰشِعَةٌۭ humbled khāshiʿatun
humbled
٩ (9)
(9)
et leurs regards se baisseront.
79:10
يَقُولُونَ They say yaqūlūna
They say
أَءِنَّا Will we a-innā
Will we
لَمَرْدُودُونَ indeed be returned lamardūdūna
indeed be returned
فِى to
to
ٱلْحَافِرَةِ the former state l-ḥāfirati
the former state
١٠ (10)
(10)
Ils disent : "Quoi ! Serons-nous ramenés à notre vie première,
79:11
أَءِذَا What! When a-idhā
What! When
كُنَّا we are kunnā
we are
عِظَـٰمًۭا bones ʿiẓāman
bones
نَّخِرَةًۭ decayed nakhiratan
decayed
١١ (11)
(11)
quand nous serons ossements pourris ?"
79:12
قَالُوا۟ They say qālū
They say
تِلْكَ This til'ka
This
إِذًۭا then idhan
then
كَرَّةٌ (would be) a return karratun
(would be) a return
خَاسِرَةٌۭ losing khāsiratun
losing
١٢ (12)
(12)
Ils disent: "ce sera alors un retour ruineux !"
79:13
فَإِنَّمَا Then only fa-innamā
Then only
هِىَ it hiya
it
زَجْرَةٌۭ (will be) a shout zajratun
(will be) a shout
وَٰحِدَةٌۭ single wāḥidatun
single
١٣ (13)
(13)
Il n’y aura qu’une sommation,
79:14
فَإِذَا And behold fa-idhā
And behold
هُم They hum
They
بِٱلسَّاهِرَةِ (will be) awakened bil-sāhirati
(will be) awakened
١٤ (14)
(14)
et voilà qu’ils seront sur la terre (ressuscités).
79:15
هَلْ Has hal
Has
أَتَىٰكَ (there) come to you atāka
(there) come to you
حَدِيثُ (the) story ḥadīthu
(the) story
مُوسَىٰٓ (of) Musa mūsā
(of) Musa
١٥ (15)
(15)
Le récit de Moïse t’est-il parvenu ?
79:16
إِذْ When idh
When
نَادَىٰهُ called him nādāhu
called him
رَبُّهُۥ his Lord rabbuhu
his Lord
بِٱلْوَادِ in the valley bil-wādi
in the valley
ٱلْمُقَدَّسِ the sacred l-muqadasi
the sacred
طُوًى (of) Tuwa ṭuwan
(of) Tuwa
١٦ (16)
(16)
Quand son Seigneur l’appela, dans Touwâ, la vallée sanctifiée :
79:17
ٱذْهَبْ Go idh'hab
Go
إِلَىٰ to ilā
to
فِرْعَوْنَ Firaun fir'ʿawna
Firaun
إِنَّهُۥ Indeed, he innahu
Indeed, he
طَغَىٰ (has) transgressed ṭaghā
(has) transgressed
١٧ (17)
(17)
"Va vers Pharaon. Vraiment, il s’est rebellé !
79:18
فَقُلْ And say faqul
And say
هَل Would hal
Would
لَّكَ [for] you laka
[for] you
إِلَىٰٓ [to] ilā
[to]
أَن [that] an
[that]
تَزَكَّىٰ purify yourself tazakkā
purify yourself
١٨ (18)
(18)
Puis dis-lui : "Voudrais-tu te purifier ?
79:19
وَأَهْدِيَكَ And I will guide you wa-ahdiyaka
And I will guide you
إِلَىٰ to ilā
to
رَبِّكَ your Lord rabbika
your Lord
فَتَخْشَىٰ so you would fear fatakhshā
so you would fear
١٩ (19)
(19)
et que je te guide vers ton Seigneur afin que tu Le craignes ?"
79:20
فَأَرَىٰهُ Then he showed him fa-arāhu
Then he showed him
ٱلْـَٔايَةَ the sign l-āyata
the sign
ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ the great l-kub'rā
the great
٢٠ (20)
(20)
Il lui fit voir le très grand miracle.
79:21
فَكَذَّبَ But he denied fakadhaba
But he denied
وَعَصَىٰ and disobeyed waʿaṣā
and disobeyed
٢١ (21)
(21)
Mais il le qualifia de mensonge et désobéit ;
79:22
ثُمَّ Then thumma
Then
أَدْبَرَ he turned his back adbara
he turned his back
يَسْعَىٰ striving yasʿā
striving
٢٢ (22)
(22)
ensuite, il tourna le dos, s’en alla précipitamment,
79:23
فَحَشَرَ And he gathered faḥashara
And he gathered
فَنَادَىٰ and called out fanādā
and called out
٢٣ (23)
(23)
rassembla [les gens] et leur fit une proclamation,
79:24
فَقَالَ Then he said faqāla
Then he said
أَنَا۠ I am anā
I am
رَبُّكُمُ your Lord rabbukumu
your Lord
ٱلْأَعْلَىٰ the Most High l-aʿlā
the Most High
٢٤ (24)
(24)
et dit : "C’est moi votre Seigneur, le très-Haut."
79:25
فَأَخَذَهُ So seized him fa-akhadhahu
So seized him
ٱللَّهُ Allah l-lahu
Allah
نَكَالَ (with) an exemplary punishment nakāla
(with) an exemplary punishment
ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ (for) the last l-ākhirati
(for) the last
وَٱلْأُولَىٰٓ and the first wal-ūlā
and the first
٢٥ (25)
(25)
Alors Allah le saisit de la punition exemplaire de l’au-delà et de celle d’ici-bas.
79:26
إِنَّ Indeed inna
Indeed
فِى in
in
ذَٰلِكَ that dhālika
that
لَعِبْرَةًۭ surely (is) a lesson laʿib'ratan
surely (is) a lesson
لِّمَن for whoever liman
for whoever
يَخْشَىٰٓ fears yakhshā
fears
٢٦ (26)
(26)
Il y a certes là un sujet de réflexion pour celui qui craint.
79:27
ءَأَنتُمْ Are you a-antum
Are you
أَشَدُّ a more difficult ashaddu
a more difficult
خَلْقًا creation khalqan
creation
أَمِ or ami
or
ٱلسَّمَآءُ ۚ the heaven l-samāu
the heaven
بَنَىٰهَا He constructed it banāhā
He constructed it
٢٧ (27)
(27)
Etes-vous plus durs à créer ? ou le ciel, qu’Il a pourtant construit ?
79:28
رَفَعَ He raised rafaʿa
He raised
سَمْكَهَا its ceiling samkahā
its ceiling
فَسَوَّىٰهَا and proportioned it fasawwāhā
and proportioned it
٢٨ (28)
(28)
Il a élevé bien haut sa voûte, puis l’a parfaitement ordonné ;
79:29
وَأَغْطَشَ And He darkened wa-aghṭasha
And He darkened
لَيْلَهَا its night laylahā
its night
وَأَخْرَجَ and brought out wa-akhraja
and brought out
ضُحَىٰهَا its brightness ḍuḥāhā
its brightness
٢٩ (29)
(29)
Il a assombri sa nuit et fait luire son jour.
79:30
وَٱلْأَرْضَ And the earth wal-arḍa
And the earth
بَعْدَ after baʿda
after
ذَٰلِكَ that dhālika
that
دَحَىٰهَآ He spread it daḥāhā
He spread it
٣٠ (30)
(30)
Et quant à la terre, après cela, Il l’a étendue :
79:31
أَخْرَجَ He brought forth akhraja
He brought forth
مِنْهَا from it min'hā
from it
مَآءَهَا its water māahā
its water
وَمَرْعَىٰهَا and its pasture wamarʿāhā
and its pasture
٣١ (31)
(31)
Il a fait sortir d’elle son eau et son pâturage,
79:32
وَٱلْجِبَالَ And the mountains wal-jibāla
And the mountains
أَرْسَىٰهَا He made them firm arsāhā
He made them firm
٣٢ (32)
(32)
et quant aux montagnes, Il les a ancrées,
79:33
مَتَـٰعًۭا (As) a provision matāʿan
(As) a provision
لَّكُمْ for you lakum
for you
وَلِأَنْعَـٰمِكُمْ and for your cattle wali-anʿāmikum
and for your cattle
٣٣ (33)
(33)
pour votre jouissance, vous et vos bestiaux.
79:34
فَإِذَا But when fa-idhā
But when
جَآءَتِ comes jāati
comes
ٱلطَّآمَّةُ the Overwhelming Calamity l-ṭāmatu
the Overwhelming Calamity
ٱلْكُبْرَىٰ the great l-kub'rā
the great
٣٤ (34)
(34)
Puis quand viendra le grand cataclysme,
79:35
يَوْمَ (The) Day yawma
(The) Day
يَتَذَكَّرُ will remember yatadhakkaru
will remember
ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ man l-insānu
man
مَا what
what
سَعَىٰ he strove (for) saʿā
he strove (for)
٣٥ (35)
(35)
le jour où l’homme se rappellera à quoi il s’est efforcé,
79:36
وَبُرِّزَتِ And will be made manifest waburrizati
And will be made manifest
ٱلْجَحِيمُ the Hellfire l-jaḥīmu
the Hellfire
لِمَن to (him) who liman
to (him) who
يَرَىٰ sees yarā
sees
٣٦ (36)
(36)
l’Enfer sera pleinement visible à celui qui regardera...
79:37
فَأَمَّا Then as for fa-ammā
Then as for
مَن (him) who man
(him) who
طَغَىٰ transgressed ṭaghā
transgressed
٣٧ (37)
(37)
Quant à celui qui aura dépassé les limites.
79:38
وَءَاثَرَ And preferred waāthara
And preferred
ٱلْحَيَوٰةَ the life l-ḥayata
the life
ٱلدُّنْيَا (of) the world l-dun'yā
(of) the world
٣٨ (38)
(38)
et aura préféré la vie présente,
79:39
فَإِنَّ Then indeed fa-inna
Then indeed
ٱلْجَحِيمَ the Hellfire l-jaḥīma
the Hellfire
هِىَ it hiya
it
ٱلْمَأْوَىٰ (is) the refuge l-mawā
(is) the refuge
٣٩ (39)
(39)
alors, l’Enfer sera son refuge.
79:40
وَأَمَّا But as for wa-ammā
But as for
مَنْ (him) who man
(him) who
خَافَ feared khāfa
feared
مَقَامَ standing maqāma
standing
رَبِّهِۦ (before) his Lord rabbihi
(before) his Lord
وَنَهَى and restrained wanahā
and restrained
ٱلنَّفْسَ his soul l-nafsa
his soul
عَنِ from ʿani
from
ٱلْهَوَىٰ the vain desires l-hawā
the vain desires
٤٠ (40)
(40)
Et pour celui qui aura redouté de comparaître devant son Seigneur, et préservé son âme de la passion,
79:41
فَإِنَّ Then indeed fa-inna
Then indeed
ٱلْجَنَّةَ Paradise l-janata
Paradise
هِىَ it (is) hiya
it (is)
ٱلْمَأْوَىٰ the refuge l-mawā
the refuge
٤١ (41)
(41)
le Paradis sera alors son refuge.
79:42
يَسْـَٔلُونَكَ They ask you yasalūnaka
They ask you
عَنِ about ʿani
about
ٱلسَّاعَةِ the Hour l-sāʿati
the Hour
أَيَّانَ when ayyāna
when
مُرْسَىٰهَا (is) its arrival mur'sāhā
(is) its arrival
٤٢ (42)
(42)
Ils t’interrogent au sujet de l’Heure : "Quand va-t-elle jeter l’ancre ?"1
79:43
فِيمَ In what fīma
In what
أَنتَ (are) you anta
(are) you
مِن [of] min
[of]
ذِكْرَىٰهَآ (to) mention it dhik'rāhā
(to) mention it
٤٣ (43)
(43)
Quelle [science] en as-tu pour le leur dire ?
79:44
إِلَىٰ To ilā
To
رَبِّكَ your Lord rabbika
your Lord
مُنتَهَىٰهَآ (is) its finality muntahāhā
(is) its finality
٤٤ (44)
(44)
Son terme n’est connu que de ton Seigneur.
79:45
إِنَّمَآ Only innamā
Only
أَنتَ you anta
you
مُنذِرُ (are) a warner mundhiru
(are) a warner
مَن (for him) who man
(for him) who
يَخْشَىٰهَا fears it yakhshāhā
fears it
٤٥ (45)
(45)
Tu n’es que l’avertisseur de celui qui la redoute.
79:46
كَأَنَّهُمْ As though they ka-annahum
As though they
يَوْمَ (the) Day yawma
(the) Day
يَرَوْنَهَا they see it yarawnahā
they see it
لَمْ not lam
not
يَلْبَثُوٓا۟ they had remained yalbathū
they had remained
إِلَّا except illā
except
عَشِيَّةً an evening ʿashiyyatan
an evening
أَوْ or aw
or
ضُحَىٰهَا a morning thereof ḍuḥāhā
a morning thereof
٤٦ (46)
(46)
Le jour où ils la verront, il leur semblera n’avoir demeuré qu’un soir ou un matin.
