ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah l-lahi

ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ the Most Gracious l-raḥmāni

Im Namen Allahs, des Allerbarmers, des Barmherzigen
55:1
ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ The Most Gracious al-raḥmānu
The Most Gracious

Der Allerbarmer
55:2
عَلَّمَ He taught ʿallama
He taught
ٱلْقُرْءَانَ the Quran l-qur'āna
the Quran
٢ (2)
(2)
hat den Qur’an gelehrt.
55:3
خَلَقَ He created khalaqa
He created
ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ [the] man l-insāna
[the] man
٣ (3)
(3)
Er hat den Menschen erschaffen.
55:4
عَلَّمَهُ He taught him ʿallamahu
He taught him
ٱلْبَيَانَ [the] speech l-bayāna
[the] speech
٤ (4)
(4)
Er hat ihn die klare Darlegung gelehrt.
55:5
ٱلشَّمْسُ The sun al-shamsu
The sun
وَٱلْقَمَرُ and the moon wal-qamaru
and the moon
بِحُسْبَانٍۢ by (precise) calculation biḥus'bānin
by (precise) calculation

Die Sonne und der Mond (laufen) nach Berechnung.
55:6
وَٱلنَّجْمُ And the stars wal-najmu
And the stars
وَٱلشَّجَرُ and the trees wal-shajaru
and the trees
يَسْجُدَانِ both prostrate yasjudāni
both prostrate
٦ (6)

Die stiellosen Pflanzen und die Bäume werfen sich nieder.
55:7
وَٱلسَّمَآءَ And the heaven wal-samāa
And the heaven
رَفَعَهَا He raised it rafaʿahā
He raised it
وَوَضَعَ and He has set up wawaḍaʿa
and He has set up
ٱلْمِيزَانَ the balance l-mīzāna
the balance
٧ (7)
(7)
Den Himmel hat Er emporgehoben und die Waage aufgestellt,
55:8
أَلَّا That not allā
That not
تَطْغَوْا۟ you may transgress taṭghaw
you may transgress
فِى in
in
ٱلْمِيزَانِ the balance l-mīzāni
the balance
٨ (8)
(8)
damit ihr beim Wägen nicht das Maß überschreitet.
55:9
وَأَقِيمُوا۟ And establish wa-aqīmū
And establish
ٱلْوَزْنَ the weight l-wazna
the weight
بِٱلْقِسْطِ in justice bil-qis'ṭi
in justice
وَلَا and (do) not walā
and (do) not
تُخْسِرُوا۟ make deficient tukh'sirū
make deficient
ٱلْمِيزَانَ the balance l-mīzāna
the balance
٩ (9)
(9)
Und meßt das Gewicht in Gerechtigkeit und gebt beim Wägen nicht weniger.
55:10
وَٱلْأَرْضَ And the earth wal-arḍa
And the earth
وَضَعَهَا He laid it waḍaʿahā
He laid it
لِلْأَنَامِ for the creatures lil'anāmi
for the creatures

Und die Erde hat Er für die Geschöpfe (an)gelegt;
55:11
فِيهَا Therein fīhā
Therein
فَـٰكِهَةٌۭ (is) fruit fākihatun
(is) fruit
وَٱلنَّخْلُ and date-palms wal-nakhlu
and date-palms
ذَاتُ having dhātu
having
ٱلْأَكْمَامِ sheaths l-akmāmi
sheaths

auf ihr gibt es Früchte, Palmen mit Fruchthüllen
55:12
وَٱلْحَبُّ And the grain wal-ḥabu
And the grain
ذُو having dhū
having
ٱلْعَصْفِ husk l-ʿaṣfi
husk
وَٱلرَّيْحَانُ and scented plants wal-rayḥānu
and scented plants

und Korn mit Halmen und duftende Pflanzen.
55:13
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:14
خَلَقَ He created khalaqa
He created
ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ the man l-insāna
the man
مِن from min
from
صَلْصَـٰلٍۢ clay ṣalṣālin
clay
كَٱلْفَخَّارِ like the pottery kal-fakhāri
like the pottery

Er hat den Menschen aus trockenem Ton wie Töpferware erschaffen.
55:15
وَخَلَقَ And He created wakhalaqa
And He created
ٱلْجَآنَّ the jinn l-jāna
the jinn
مِن from min
from
مَّارِجٍۢ a smokeless flame mārijin
a smokeless flame
مِّن of min
of
نَّارٍۢ fire nārin
fire
١٥ (15)
(15)
Und Er hat die Ginn aus einer unruhigen Feuerflamme erschaffen.
55:16
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:17
رَبُّ Lord rabbu

ٱلْمَشْرِقَيْنِ (of) the two Easts l-mashriqayni
(of) the two Easts
وَرَبُّ and Lord warabbu
and Lord
ٱلْمَغْرِبَيْنِ (of) the two Wests l-maghribayni
(of) the two Wests

(Er ist) der Herr der beiden Osten und der Herr der beiden Westen.
55:18
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:19
مَرَجَ He released maraja
He released
ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ the two seas l-baḥrayni
the two seas
يَلْتَقِيَانِ meeting yaltaqiyāni
meeting
١٩ (19)
(19)
Er hat den beiden Meeren freien Lauf gelassen; sie treffen aufeinander,
55:20
بَيْنَهُمَا Between both of them baynahumā
Between both of them
بَرْزَخٌۭ (is) a barrier barzakhun
(is) a barrier
لَّا not
not
يَبْغِيَانِ they transgress yabghiyāni
they transgress
٢٠ (20)
(20)
zwischen ihnen ist (aber) ein trennendes Hindernis, (das)s sie (ihre Grenzen) nicht überschreiten.
55:21
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:22
يَخْرُجُ Come forth yakhruju
Come forth
مِنْهُمَا from both of them min'humā
from both of them
ٱللُّؤْلُؤُ the pearl l-lu'lu-u
the pearl
وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ and the coral wal-marjānu
and the coral
٢٢ (22)
(22)
Aus ihnen beiden kommen Perlen und Korallen hervor.
55:23
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٢٣ (23)
(23)
Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:24
وَلَهُ And for Him walahu
And for Him
ٱلْجَوَارِ (are) the ships l-jawāri
(are) the ships
ٱلْمُنشَـَٔاتُ elevated l-munshaātu
elevated
فِى in
in
ٱلْبَحْرِ the sea l-baḥri
the sea
كَٱلْأَعْلَـٰمِ like mountains kal-aʿlāmi
like mountains
٢٤ (24)
(24)
Und Sein sind (auch) die (hoch)gebauten auf dem Meer fahrenden (Schiffe), wie Berge.
55:25
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٢٥ (25)

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:26
كُلُّ Everyone kullu
Everyone
مَنْ who man
who
عَلَيْهَا (is) on it ʿalayhā
(is) on it
فَانٍۢ (will) perish fānin
(will) perish
٢٦ (26)
(26)
Alle, die auf ihr sind, werden vergehen;
55:27
وَيَبْقَىٰ But will remain wayabqā
But will remain
وَجْهُ (the) Face wajhu
(the) Face
رَبِّكَ (of) your Lord rabbika
(of) your Lord
ذُو (the) Owner dhū
(the) Owner
ٱلْجَلَـٰلِ (of) Majesty l-jalāli
(of) Majesty
وَٱلْإِكْرَامِ and Honor wal-ik'rāmi
and Honor
٢٧ (27)
(27)
bleiben wird (nur) das Angesicht deines Herrn, Besitzer der Erhabenheit und Ehre.
55:28
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٢٨ (28)

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:29
يَسْـَٔلُهُۥ Asks Him yasaluhu
Asks Him
مَن whoever man
whoever
فِى (is) in
(is) in
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ the heavens l-samāwāti
the heavens
وَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚ and the earth wal-arḍi
and the earth
كُلَّ Every kulla
Every
يَوْمٍ day yawmin
day
هُوَ He huwa
He
فِى (is) in
(is) in
شَأْنٍۢ a matter shanin
a matter
٢٩ (29)
(29)
Ihn bittet wer in den Himmeln und auf der Erde ist. Jeden Tag befaßt Er sich mit einer Angelegenheit.
55:30
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٣٠ (30)

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:31
سَنَفْرُغُ Soon We will attend sanafrughu
Soon We will attend
لَكُمْ to you lakum
to you
أَيُّهَ O you ayyuha
O you
ٱلثَّقَلَانِ two classes l-thaqalāni
two classes
٣١ (31)
(31)
Wir werden Uns euch widmen, ihr beiden Schwerlastenden.
55:32
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٣٢ (32)
(32)
Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:33
يَـٰمَعْشَرَ O assembly yāmaʿshara
O assembly
ٱلْجِنِّ (of) the jinn l-jini
(of) the jinn
وَٱلْإِنسِ and the men wal-insi
and the men
إِنِ If ini
If
ٱسْتَطَعْتُمْ you are able is'taṭaʿtum
you are able
أَن to an
to
تَنفُذُوا۟ pass beyond tanfudhū
pass beyond
مِنْ [of] min
[of]
أَقْطَارِ (the) regions aqṭāri
(the) regions
ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ (of) the heavens l-samāwāti
(of) the heavens
وَٱلْأَرْضِ and the earth wal-arḍi
and the earth
فَٱنفُذُوا۟ ۚ then pass fa-unfudhū
then pass
لَا Not
Not
تَنفُذُونَ you (can) pass tanfudhūna
you (can) pass
إِلَّا except illā
except
بِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢ by authority bisul'ṭānin
by authority
٣٣ (33)
(33)
O ihr Gesellschaft der Ginn und der Menschen, wenn ihr aus den Bezirken der Himmel und der Erde hinausdringen könnt, so dringt doch heraus. Ihr werdet nicht herausdringen, außer mit einer Ermächtigung.
55:34
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi

رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:35
يُرْسَلُ Will be sent yur'salu
Will be sent
عَلَيْكُمَا against both of you ʿalaykumā
against both of you
شُوَاظٌۭ a flame shuwāẓun
a flame
مِّن of min
of
نَّارٍۢ fire nārin
fire
وَنُحَاسٌۭ and smoke wanuḥāsun
and smoke
فَلَا and not falā
and not
تَنتَصِرَانِ you will (be able to) defend yourselves tantaṣirāni
you will (be able to) defend yourselves
٣٥ (35)
(35)
Gegen euch beide wird eine rauchlose Feuerflamme und Kupfer gesandt werden, so werdet ihr euch selbst nicht helfen (können).
55:36
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:37
فَإِذَا Then when fa-idhā

ٱنشَقَّتِ is split inshaqqati
is split
ٱلسَّمَآءُ the heaven l-samāu
the heaven
فَكَانَتْ and it becomes fakānat
and it becomes
وَرْدَةًۭ rose-colored wardatan
rose-colored
كَٱلدِّهَانِ like murky oil kal-dihāni
like murky oil

Wenn der Himmel sich spalten und dann rosig werden wird wie Farböl
55:38
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٣٨ (38)
(38)
-welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen? -,
55:39
فَيَوْمَئِذٍۢ Then (on) that Day fayawma-idhin
Then (on) that Day
لَّا not
not
يُسْـَٔلُ will be asked yus'alu
will be asked
عَن about ʿan
about
ذَنۢبِهِۦٓ his sin dhanbihi
his sin
إِنسٌۭ any man insun
any man
وَلَا and not walā
and not
جَآنٌّۭ any jinn jānnun
any jinn
٣٩ (39)
(39)
an jenem Tag nun werden nach ihrer Sünde weder Mensch noch Gänn gefragt.
55:40
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٤٠ (40)

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:41
يُعْرَفُ Will be known yuʿ'rafu
Will be known
ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ the criminals l-muj'rimūna
the criminals
بِسِيمَـٰهُمْ by their marks bisīmāhum
by their marks
فَيُؤْخَذُ and will be seized fayu'khadhu
and will be seized
بِٱلنَّوَٰصِى by the forelocks bil-nawāṣī
by the forelocks
وَٱلْأَقْدَامِ and the feet wal-aqdāmi
and the feet
٤١ (41)
(41)
Die Übeltäter werden an ihrem Merkmal erkannt werden und dann an den Stirnlocken und an den Füßen ergriffen.
55:42
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٤٢ (42)

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:43
هَـٰذِهِۦ This hādhihi
This
جَهَنَّمُ (is) Hell jahannamu
(is) Hell
ٱلَّتِى which allatī
which
يُكَذِّبُ deny yukadhibu
deny
بِهَا [of it] bihā
[of it]
ٱلْمُجْرِمُونَ the criminals l-muj'rimūna
the criminals
٤٣ (43)
(43)
Das ist die Hölle, die die Übeltäter für Lüge erklären.
55:44
يَطُوفُونَ They will go around yaṭūfūna
They will go around
بَيْنَهَا between it baynahā
between it
وَبَيْنَ and between wabayna
and between
حَمِيمٍ scalding water ḥamīmin
scalding water
ءَانٍۢ heated ānin
heated
٤٤ (44)
(44)
Sie werden zwischen ihr und siedend heißem Wasser umhergehen.
55:45
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٤٥ (45)
(45)
Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:46
وَلِمَنْ But for (him) who waliman
But for (him) who
خَافَ fears khāfa
fears
مَقَامَ (the) standing maqāma
(the) standing
رَبِّهِۦ (before) his Lord rabbihi
(before) his Lord
جَنَّتَانِ (are) two gardens jannatāni
(are) two gardens
٤٦ (46)
(46)
Für jemanden aber, der den Stand seines Herrn fürchtet, wird es zwei Gärten geben
55:47
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٤٧ (47)

-welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen? -,

ذَوَاتَآ Having dhawātā
Having
أَفْنَانٍۢ branches afnānin
branches
٤٨ (48)

die beide Zweige haben.
55:49
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny
٤٩ (49)

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:50
فِيهِمَا In both of them fīhimā
In both of them
عَيْنَانِ (are) two springs ʿaynāni
(are) two springs
تَجْرِيَانِ flowing tajriyāni
flowing
٥٠ (50)

Darin sind zwei Quellen, die fließen.
55:51
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:52
فِيهِمَا In both of them fīhimā
In both of them
مِن [of] min
[of]
كُلِّ (are) every kulli
(are) every
فَـٰكِهَةٍۢ fruits fākihatin
fruits
زَوْجَانِ (in) pairs zawjāni
(in) pairs
٥٢ (52)
(52)
Darin gibt es von jeder Frucht zwei Arten.
55:53
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:54
مُتَّكِـِٔينَ Reclining muttakiīna
Reclining
عَلَىٰ on ʿalā
on
فُرُشٍۭ couches furushin
couches
بَطَآئِنُهَا (whose) inner linings baṭāinuhā
(whose) inner linings
مِنْ (are) of min
(are) of
إِسْتَبْرَقٍۢ ۚ brocade is'tabraqin
brocade
وَجَنَى and (the) fruit wajanā
and (the) fruit
ٱلْجَنَّتَيْنِ (of) both the gardens l-janatayni
(of) both the gardens
دَانٍۢ (is) near dānin
(is) near
٥٤ (54)
(54)
Sie werden sich auf Ruhebetten lehnen, deren Futter aus schwerem Brokat sind. Und die Ernte der beiden Gärten hängt herab.
55:55
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny

Welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen?
55:56
فِيهِنَّ In them fīhinna
In them
قَـٰصِرَٰتُ (will be) companions of modest gaze qāṣirātu
(will be) companions of modest gaze
ٱلطَّرْفِ (will be) companions of modest gaze l-ṭarfi
(will be) companions of modest gaze
لَمْ not lam
not
يَطْمِثْهُنَّ has touched them yaṭmith'hunna
has touched them
إِنسٌۭ any man insun
any man
قَبْلَهُمْ before them qablahum
before them
وَلَا and not walā
and not
جَآنٌّۭ any jinn jānnun
any jinn
٥٦ (56)
(56)
Darin sind (weibliche Wesen), die ihre Blicke zurückhalten, die vor ihnen weder Mensch noch Ginn berührt haben
55:57
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
ءَالَآءِ (of the) favors ālāi
(of the) favors
رَبِّكُمَا (of) your Lord rabbikumā
(of) your Lord
تُكَذِّبَانِ will you both deny tukadhibāni
will you both deny

-welche der Wohltaten eures Herrn wollt ihr beide denn leugnen? -,

كَأَنَّهُنَّ As if they were ka-annahunna
As if they were
ٱلْيَاقُوتُ rubies l-yāqūtu
rubies
وَٱلْمَرْجَانُ and coral wal-marjānu
and coral
٥٨ (58)

als wären sie Rubine und Korallen.
55:59
فَبِأَىِّ So which fabi-ayyi
So which
