القدر

سورة القدر (القدر) هي السورة رقم ٩٧ في القرآن الكريم — وهي سورة مكية تتألف من ٥ آية. السور المكية نزلت قبل هجرة النبي محمد ﷺ إلى المدينة، وتركّز غالبًا على الإيمان وتوحيد الله والآخرة.

بِسْمِIn (the) namebis'miٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِthe Most Graciousl-raḥmāniٱلرَّحِيمِthe Most Mercifull-raḥīmi
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَـٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
٩٧:١
إِنَّآIndeed, Weinnāأَنزَلْنَـٰهُrevealed itanzalnāhuفِىinfīلَيْلَةِ(the) Nightlaylatiٱلْقَدْرِ(of) Powerl-qadri١
Indeed, We sent it [i.e., the Qur’ān] down during the Night of Decree.
٩٧:٢
وَمَآAnd whatwamāأَدْرَىٰكَcan make you knowadrākaمَاwhatmāلَيْلَةُ(the) Nightlaylatuٱلْقَدْرِ(of) Power (is)l-qadri٢
And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree?
٩٧:٣
لَيْلَةُ(The) Nightlaylatuٱلْقَدْرِ(of) Powerl-qadriخَيْرٌۭ(is) betterkhayrunمِّنْthanminأَلْفِa thousandalfiشَهْرٍۢmonth(s)shahrin٣
The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.
٩٧:٤
تَنَزَّلُDescendtanazzaluٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةُthe Angelsl-malāikatuوَٱلرُّوحُand the Spiritwal-rūḥuفِيهَاthereinfīhāبِإِذْنِby (the) permissionbi-idh'niرَبِّهِم(of) their Lordrabbihimمِّنforminكُلِّeverykulliأَمْرٍۢaffairamrin٤
The angels and the Spirit [i.e., Gabriel] descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.
٩٧:٥
سَلَـٰمٌPeacesalāmunهِىَit (is)hiyaحَتَّىٰuntilḥattāمَطْلَعِ(the) emergencemaṭlaʿiٱلْفَجْرِ(of) the dawnl-fajri٥
Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.
