Mekkanisch 5 Verse Juz 1
الفيل
Bismillah
بِسْمِ In (the) name bis'mi
In (the) name ٱللَّهِ (of) Allah l-lahi
(of) Allah ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِ the Most Gracious l-raḥmāni
the Most Gracious ٱلرَّحِيمِ the Most Merciful l-raḥīmi
the Most Merciful
Im Namen Allahs, des Allerbarmers, des Barmherzigen
105:1
أَلَمْ Have not alam
Have not تَرَ you seen tara
you seen كَيْفَ how kayfa
how فَعَلَ dealt faʿala
dealt رَبُّكَ your Lord rabbuka
your Lord بِأَصْحَـٰبِ with (the) Companions bi-aṣḥābi
with (the) Companions ٱلْفِيلِ (of the) Elephant l-fīli
(of the) Elephant ١ (1)

Siehst du nicht, wie dein Herr mit den Leuten des Elefanten verfuhr?
105:2
أَلَمْ Did not alam
Did not يَجْعَلْ He make yajʿal
He make كَيْدَهُمْ their plan kaydahum
their plan فِى go fī
go تَضْلِيلٍۢ astray taḍlīlin
astray ٢ (2)

Ließ Er nicht ihre List verlorengehen
105:3
وَأَرْسَلَ And He sent wa-arsala
And He sent عَلَيْهِمْ against them ʿalayhim
against them طَيْرًا birds ṭayran
birds أَبَابِيلَ (in) flocks abābīla
(in) flocks ٣ (3)

und sandte gegen sie Vögel in aufeinanderfolgenden Schwärmen,
105:4
تَرْمِيهِم Striking them tarmīhim
Striking them بِحِجَارَةٍۢ with stones biḥijāratin
with stones مِّن of min
of سِجِّيلٍۢ baked clay sijjīlin
baked clay ٤ (4)

die sie mit Steinen aus gebranntem Lehm bewarfen,
105:5
فَجَعَلَهُمْ Then He made them fajaʿalahum
Then He made them كَعَصْفٍۢ like straw kaʿaṣfin
like straw مَّأْكُولٍۭ eaten up makūlin
eaten up ٥ (5)

und sie so wie abgefressene Halme machte?
