Mecquoise 93 Versets Juz 1
النمل

La sourate An-Naml (النمل) est le 27e chapitre du Saint Coran — une sourate Mecquoise de 93 versets. Les sourates mecquoises ont été révélées avant l'émigration du Prophète Muhammad (paix sur lui) à Médine et mettent souvent l'accent sur la foi, l'unicité de Dieu et l'au-delà.

بِسْمِIn (the) namebis'miٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِthe Most Graciousl-raḥmāniٱلرَّحِيمِthe Most Mercifull-raḥīmi
Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux
27:1
طسٓ ۚTa Seentta-seenتِلْكَThesetil'kaءَايَـٰتُ(are the) Versesāyātuٱلْقُرْءَانِ(of) the Quranl-qur'āniوَكِتَابٍۢand a Bookwakitābinمُّبِينٍclearmubīnin١
Tâ, Sîn . Voici les versets du Coran et d’un Livre explicite,
27:2
هُدًۭىA guidancehudanوَبُشْرَىٰand glad tidingswabush'rāلِلْمُؤْمِنِينَfor the believerslil'mu'minīna٢
un guide et une bonne annonce aux croyants,
27:3
ٱلَّذِينَThose whoalladhīnaيُقِيمُونَestablishyuqīmūnaٱلصَّلَوٰةَthe prayerl-ṣalataوَيُؤْتُونَand givewayu'tūnaٱلزَّكَوٰةَzakahl-zakataوَهُمand theywahumبِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِin the Hereafterbil-ākhiratiهُمْ[they]humيُوقِنُونَbelieve with certaintyyūqinūna٣
ceux qui accomplissent la prière (As-Salât), acquittent l’aumône (Az-Zakât) et croient avec certitude en l’au-delà.
27:4
إِنَّIndeedinnaٱلَّذِينَthose whoalladhīnaلَا(do) notlāيُؤْمِنُونَbelieveyu'minūnaبِٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِin the Hereafterbil-ākhiratiزَيَّنَّاWe have made fair-seemingzayyannāلَهُمْto themlahumأَعْمَـٰلَهُمْtheir deedsaʿmālahumفَهُمْso theyfahumيَعْمَهُونَwander blindlyyaʿmahūna٤
Quant à ceux qui ne croient pas en l’au-delà, Nous embellissons [à leurs yeux] leurs actions, et alors ils deviennent confus et hésitants.
27:5
أُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَThoseulāikaٱلَّذِينَ(are) the onesalladhīnaلَهُمْfor themlahumسُوٓءُ(is) an evilsūuٱلْعَذَابِ[the] punishmentl-ʿadhābiوَهُمْand theywahumفِىinfīٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِthe Hereafterl-ākhiratiهُمُ[they]humuٱلْأَخْسَرُونَ(will be) the greatest losersl-akhsarūna٥
Ce sont eux qui subiront le pire châtiment, tandis qu’ils seront dans l’au- delà les plus grands perdants.
27:6
وَإِنَّكَAnd indeed, youwa-innakaلَتُلَقَّىsurely, receivelatulaqqāٱلْقُرْءَانَthe Quranl-qur'ānaمِنfrom [near]minلَّدُنْfrom [near]ladunحَكِيمٍthe All-Wiseḥakīminعَلِيمٍthe All-Knowerʿalīmin٦
Certes c’est toi qui reçois le Coran, de la part d’un Sage, d’un Savant.
27:7
إِذْWhenidhقَالَsaidqālaمُوسَىٰMusamūsāلِأَهْلِهِۦٓto his familyli-ahlihiإِنِّىٓIndeed, Iinnīءَانَسْتُperceiveānastuنَارًۭاa firenāranسَـَٔاتِيكُمI will bring yousaātīkumمِّنْهَاfrom itmin'hāبِخَبَرٍsome informationbikhabarinأَوْorawءَاتِيكُمI will bring youātīkumبِشِهَابٍۢa torchbishihābinقَبَسٍۢburningqabasinلَّعَلَّكُمْso that you maylaʿallakumتَصْطَلُونَwarm yourselvestaṣṭalūna٧
(Rappelle) quand Moïse dit à sa famille : "J’ai aperçu un feu; je vais vous en apporter des nouvelles, ou bien je vous apporterai un tison allumé afin que vous vous réchauffiez."
27:8
فَلَمَّاBut whenfalammāجَآءَهَاhe came to itjāahāنُودِىَhe was callednūdiyaأَنۢ[that]anبُورِكَBlessed isbūrikaمَنwhomanفِى(is) atfīٱلنَّارِthe firel-nāriوَمَنْand whoeverwamanحَوْلَهَا(is) around itḥawlahāوَسُبْحَـٰنَAnd glory bewasub'ḥānaٱللَّهِ(to) Allahl-lahiرَبِّ(the) Lordrabbiٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ(of) the worldsl-ʿālamīna٨
Lorsqu’il y arriva, on l’appela. - Béni soit Celui qui est dans le feu et Celui qui est tout autour, et gloire à Allah, Seigneur de l’Univers.
27:9
يَـٰمُوسَىٰٓO MusayāmūsāإِنَّهُۥٓIndeedinnahuأَنَاI AmanāٱللَّهُAllahl-lahuٱلْعَزِيزُthe All-Mightyl-ʿazīzuٱلْحَكِيمُthe All-Wisel-ḥakīmu٩
"Ô Moïse ! C’est Moi, Allah le Tout Puissant, le Sage."
27:10
وَأَلْقِAnd, "Throwwa-alqiعَصَاكَ ۚyour staffʿaṣākaفَلَمَّاBut whenfalammāرَءَاهَاhe saw itraāhāتَهْتَزُّmovingtahtazzuكَأَنَّهَاas if itka-annahāجَآنٌّۭ(were) a snakejānnunوَلَّىٰhe turned backwallāمُدْبِرًۭا(in) flightmud'biranوَلَمْand (did) notwalamيُعَقِّبْ ۚlook backyuʿaqqibيَـٰمُوسَىٰO Musayāmūsāلَا(Do) notlāتَخَفْfeartakhafإِنِّىIndeed, [I]innīلَا(do) notlāيَخَافُfearyakhāfuلَدَىَّ(in) My presenceladayyaٱلْمُرْسَلُونَthe Messengersl-mur'salūna١٠
Et : "Jette ton bâton !" Quand il le vit remuer comme un serpent, il tourna le dos [pour fuir] sans revenir sur ses pas. "N’aie pas peur, ô Moïse ! Les Envoyés n’ont point peur auprès de Moi
27:11
إِلَّاExceptillāمَنwhomanظَلَمَwrongsẓalamaثُمَّthenthummaبَدَّلَsubstitutesbaddalaحُسْنًۢاgoodḥus'nanبَعْدَafterbaʿdaسُوٓءٍۢevilsūinفَإِنِّىthen indeed, I Amfa-innīغَفُورٌۭOft-ForgivingghafūrunرَّحِيمٌۭMost Mercifulraḥīmun١١
excepté celui qui a commis une injustice puis a remplacé le mal par le bien... alors Je suis Pardonneur et Miséricordieux."
27:12
وَأَدْخِلْAnd enterwa-adkhilيَدَكَyour handyadakaفِىintofīجَيْبِكَyour bosomjaybikaتَخْرُجْit will come forthtakhrujبَيْضَآءَwhitebayḍāaمِنْwithoutminغَيْرِwithoutghayriسُوٓءٍۢ ۖharmsūinفِى(These are) amongfīتِسْعِninetis'ʿiءَايَـٰتٍsignsāyātinإِلَىٰtoilāفِرْعَوْنَFiraunfir'ʿawnaوَقَوْمِهِۦٓ ۚand his peoplewaqawmihiإِنَّهُمْIndeed, theyinnahumكَانُوا۟arekānūقَوْمًۭاa peopleqawmanفَـٰسِقِينَdefiantly disobedientfāsiqīna١٢
Et introduis ta main dans l’ouverture de ta tunique, elle sortira blanche et sans aucun mal - un des neuf prodiges à Pharaon et à son peuple, car ils sont vraiment des gens pervers."
27:13
فَلَمَّاBut whenfalammāجَآءَتْهُمْcame to themjāathumءَايَـٰتُنَاOur Signsāyātunāمُبْصِرَةًۭvisiblemub'ṣiratanقَالُوا۟they saidqālūهَـٰذَاThishādhāسِحْرٌۭ(is) a magicsiḥ'runمُّبِينٌۭmanifestmubīnun١٣
Et lorsque Nos prodiges leur parvinrent, clairs et explicites, ils dirent : "C’est là une magie évidente !"
27:14
وَجَحَدُوا۟And they rejectedwajaḥadūبِهَاthembihāوَٱسْتَيْقَنَتْهَآthough were convinced with them (signs)wa-is'tayqanathāأَنفُسُهُمْthemselvesanfusuhumظُلْمًۭا(out of) injusticeẓul'manوَعُلُوًّۭا ۚand haughtinesswaʿuluwwanفَٱنظُرْSo seefa-unẓurكَيْفَhowkayfaكَانَwaskānaعَـٰقِبَةُ(the) endʿāqibatuٱلْمُفْسِدِينَ(of) the corruptersl-muf'sidīna١٤
Ils les nièrent injustement et orgueilleusement, tandis qu’en eux- mêmes ils y croyaient avec certitude. Regarde donc ce qu’il est advenu des corrupteurs.
27:15
وَلَقَدْAnd verilywalaqadءَاتَيْنَاWe gaveātaynāدَاوُۥدَDawooddāwūdaوَسُلَيْمَـٰنَand Sulaimanwasulaymānaعِلْمًۭا ۖknowledgeʿil'manوَقَالَاand they saidwaqālāٱلْحَمْدُPraise bel-ḥamduلِلَّهِto Allahlillahiٱلَّذِىthe One Whoalladhīفَضَّلَنَاhas favored usfaḍḍalanāعَلَىٰoverʿalāكَثِيرٍۢmanykathīrinمِّنْofminعِبَادِهِHis servantsʿibādihiٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَthe believersl-mu'minīna١٥
Et Nous avons effectivement donné à David et à Salomon une science; et ils dirent : "Louange à Allah, Celui qui nous a favorisés à beaucoup de Ses serviteurs croyants."
27:16
وَوَرِثَAnd inheritedwawarithaسُلَيْمَـٰنُSulaimansulaymānuدَاوُۥدَ ۖDawooddāwūdaوَقَالَAnd he saidwaqālaيَـٰٓأَيُّهَاOyāayyuhāٱلنَّاسُpeoplel-nāsuعُلِّمْنَاWe have been taughtʿullim'nāمَنطِقَ(the) languagemanṭiqaٱلطَّيْرِ(of) the birdsl-ṭayriوَأُوتِينَاand we have been givenwaūtīnāمِنfromminكُلِّeverykulliشَىْءٍ ۖthingshayinإِنَّIndeedinnaهَـٰذَاthishādhāلَهُوَsurely, itlahuwaٱلْفَضْلُ(is) the favorl-faḍluٱلْمُبِينُevidentl-mubīnu١٦
Et Salomon hérita de David et dit : "Ô hommes ! On nous a appris le langage des oiseaux ; et on nous a donné part de toutes choses. C’est là vraiment la grâce évidente.
27:17
وَحُشِرَAnd were gatheredwaḥushiraلِسُلَيْمَـٰنَfor Sulaimanlisulaymānaجُنُودُهُۥhis hostsjunūduhuمِنَofminaٱلْجِنِّjinnl-jiniوَٱلْإِنسِand the menwal-insiوَٱلطَّيْرِand the birdswal-ṭayriفَهُمْand theyfahumيُوزَعُونَ(were) set in rowsyūzaʿūna١٧
Et furent rassemblées pour Salomon, ses armées de djinns, d’hommes et d’oiseaux, et ils furent placées en rangs.
27:18
حَتَّىٰٓUntilḥattāإِذَآwhenidhāأَتَوْا۟they cameatawعَلَىٰtoʿalāوَادِ(the) valleywādiٱلنَّمْلِ(of) the antsl-namliقَالَتْsaidqālatنَمْلَةٌۭan antnamlatunيَـٰٓأَيُّهَاOyāayyuhāٱلنَّمْلُantsl-namluٱدْخُلُوا۟Enterud'khulūمَسَـٰكِنَكُمْyour dwellingsmasākinakumلَاlest not crush youlāيَحْطِمَنَّكُمْlest not crush youyaḥṭimannakumسُلَيْمَـٰنُSulaimansulaymānuوَجُنُودُهُۥand his hostswajunūduhuوَهُمْwhile theywahumلَا(do) not perceivelāيَشْعُرُونَ(do) not perceiveyashʿurūna١٨
Quand ils arrivèrent à la Vallée des Fourmis, une fourmi dit : "Ô fourmis ! Entrez dans vos demeures, [de peur] que Salomon et ses armées ne vous écrasent [sous leurs pieds] sans s’en rendre compte !"
27:19
فَتَبَسَّمَSo he smiled fatabassamaضَاحِكًۭاlaughingḍāḥikanمِّنatminقَوْلِهَاher speechqawlihāوَقَالَand saidwaqālaرَبِّMy LordrabbiأَوْزِعْنِىٓGrant me (the) powerawziʿ'nīأَنْthatanأَشْكُرَI may thank Youashkuraنِعْمَتَكَ(for) Your Favorniʿ'matakaٱلَّتِىٓwhichallatīأَنْعَمْتَYou have bestowedanʿamtaعَلَىَّon meʿalayyaوَعَلَىٰand onwaʿalāوَٰلِدَىَّmy parentswālidayyaوَأَنْand thatwa-anأَعْمَلَI may doaʿmalaصَـٰلِحًۭاrighteous (deeds)ṣāliḥanتَرْضَىٰهُthat will please YoutarḍāhuوَأَدْخِلْنِىAnd admit mewa-adkhil'nīبِرَحْمَتِكَby Your MercybiraḥmatikaفِىamongfīعِبَادِكَYour slavesʿibādikaٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَrighteousl-ṣāliḥīna١٩
Il sourit, amusé, par ses propos et dit : "Permets-moi Seigneur, de rendre grâce pour le bienfait dont Tu m’as comblé ainsi que mes père et mère, et que je fasse une bonne œuvre que Tu agrées et fais-moi entrer, par Ta miséricorde, parmi Tes serviteurs vertueux."
27:20
وَتَفَقَّدَAnd he inspectedwatafaqqadaٱلطَّيْرَthe birdsl-ṭayraفَقَالَand saidfaqālaمَاWhymāلِىَWhyliyaلَآnotlāأَرَىI seearāٱلْهُدْهُدَthe hoopoel-hud'hudaأَمْoramكَانَis hekānaمِنَfromminaٱلْغَآئِبِينَthe absentl-ghāibīna٢٠
Puis, il passa en revue les oiseaux et dit : "Pourquoi ne vois-je pas la huppe? Est-elle parmi les absents ?
27:21
لَأُعَذِّبَنَّهُۥI will surely punish himla-uʿadhibannahuعَذَابًۭا(with) a punishmentʿadhābanشَدِيدًاsevereshadīdanأَوْorawلَأَا۟ذْبَحَنَّهُۥٓI will surely slaughter himlaādh'baḥannahuأَوْunlessawلَيَأْتِيَنِّىhe brings melayatiyannīبِسُلْطَـٰنٍۢa reasonbisul'ṭāninمُّبِينٍۢclearmubīnin٢١
Je la châtierai sévèrement ! Ou je l’égorgerai ! Ou bien elle m’apportera un argument explicite."
27:22
فَمَكَثَSo he stayedfamakathaغَيْرَnotghayraبَعِيدٍۢlongbaʿīdinفَقَالَand he saidfaqālaأَحَطتُI have encompassedaḥaṭtuبِمَاthat whichbimāلَمْnotlamتُحِطْyou have encompassedtuḥiṭبِهِۦitbihiوَجِئْتُكَand I have come to youwaji'tukaمِنfromminسَبَإٍۭSabasaba-inبِنَبَإٍۢwith newsbinaba-inيَقِينٍcertainyaqīnin٢٢
Mais elle n’était restée (absente) que peu de temps et dit : "J’ai appris ce que tu n’as point appris; et je te rapporte de Sabâ’" une nouvelle sûre :
27:23
إِنِّىIndeed, Iinnīوَجَدتُّfoundwajadttuٱمْرَأَةًۭa womanim'ra-atanتَمْلِكُهُمْruling themtamlikuhumوَأُوتِيَتْand she has been givenwaūtiyatمِنofminكُلِّeverykulliشَىْءٍۢthingshayinوَلَهَاand for herwalahāعَرْشٌ(is) a throneʿarshunعَظِيمٌۭgreatʿaẓīmun٢٣
J’ai trouvé qu’une femme est leur reine, que de toute chose elle a été comblée et qu’elle a un trône magnifique.
27:24
وَجَدتُّهَاAnd I found herwajadttuhāوَقَوْمَهَاand her peoplewaqawmahāيَسْجُدُونَprostratingyasjudūnaلِلشَّمْسِto the sunlilshamsiمِنinstead of Allahminدُونِinstead of Allahdūniٱللَّهِinstead of Allahl-lahiوَزَيَّنَand has made fair-seemingwazayyanaلَهُمُto themlahumuٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُthe Shaitaanl-shayṭānuأَعْمَـٰلَهُمْtheir deedsaʿmālahumفَصَدَّهُمْand averted themfaṣaddahumعَنِfromʿaniٱلسَّبِيلِthe Wayl-sabīliفَهُمْso theyfahumلَا(are) notlāيَهْتَدُونَguidedyahtadūna٢٤
Je l’ai trouvée, elle et son peuple, se prosternant devant le soleil au lieu d’Allah. Le Diable (Satan) leur a embelli leurs actions, et les a détournés du droit chemin, et ils ne sont pas bien guidés.
27:25
أَلَّاThat notallāيَسْجُدُوا۟they prostrateyasjudūلِلَّهِto Allahlillahiٱلَّذِىthe One Whoalladhīيُخْرِجُbrings forthyukh'rijuٱلْخَبْءَthe hiddenl-khaba-aفِىinfīٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِthe heavensl-samāwātiوَٱلْأَرْضِand the earthwal-arḍiوَيَعْلَمُand knowswayaʿlamuمَاwhatmāتُخْفُونَyou concealtukh'fūnaوَمَاand whatwamāتُعْلِنُونَyou declaretuʿ'linūna٢٥
Que ne se prosternent-ils devant Allah qui fait sortir ce qui est caché dans les cieux et la Terre, et qui sait ce que vous cachez et aussi ce que vous divulguez ?
27:26
ٱللَّهُAllahal-lahuلَآ(there is) nolāإِلَـٰهَgodilāhaإِلَّاbutillāهُوَHehuwaرَبُّ(the) Lordrabbuٱلْعَرْشِ(of) the Thronel-ʿarshiٱلْعَظِيمِ ۩‏the Greatl-ʿaẓīmi٢٦
Allah ! Point de divinité [véritable] à part Lui, le Seigneur du Trône Immense ."
27:27
۞ قَالَHe saidqālaسَنَنظُرُWe will seesananẓuruأَصَدَقْتَwhether you speak (the) truthaṣadaqtaأَمْoramكُنتَyou arekuntaمِنَofminaٱلْكَـٰذِبِينَthe liarsl-kādhibīna٢٧
Alors, Salomon dit : "Nous allons voir si tu as dit la vérité ou si tu as menti.
27:28
ٱذْهَبGoidh'habبِّكِتَـٰبِىwith my letterbikitābīهَـٰذَاthishādhāفَأَلْقِهْand deliver itfa-alqihإِلَيْهِمْto themilayhimثُمَّThenthummaتَوَلَّturn awaytawallaعَنْهُمْfrom themʿanhumفَٱنظُرْand seefa-unẓurمَاذَاwhatmādhāيَرْجِعُونَthey returnyarjiʿūna٢٨
Pars avec ma lettre que voici ! Puis lance-la à eux et ensuite tiens-toi à l’écart d’eux pour voir ce que sera leur réponse."
27:29
قَالَتْShe saidqālatيَـٰٓأَيُّهَاOyāayyuhāٱلْمَلَؤُا۟chiefsl-mala-uإِنِّىٓIndeed [I]innīأُلْقِىَis deliveredul'qiyaإِلَىَّto meilayyaكِتَـٰبٌۭa letterkitābunكَرِيمٌnoblekarīmun٢٩
La reine dit : "Ô notables ! Une noble lettre m’a été lancée.
27:30
إِنَّهُۥIndeed, itinnahuمِن(is) fromminسُلَيْمَـٰنَSulaimansulaymānaوَإِنَّهُۥand indeed it (is)wa-innahuبِسْمِIn the namebis'miٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِthe Most Graciousl-raḥmāniٱلرَّحِيمِthe Most Mercifull-raḥīmi٣٠
Elle vient de Salomon; et c’est : "Au nom d’Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux.
27:31
أَلَّاThat notallāتَعْلُوا۟exalt yourselvestaʿlūعَلَىَّagainst meʿalayyaوَأْتُونِىbut come to mewatūnīمُسْلِمِينَ(in) submissionmus'limīna٣١
Ne soyez pas hautains avec moi et venez à moi en toute soumission !"
27:32
قَالَتْShe saidqālatيَـٰٓأَيُّهَاOyāayyuhāٱلْمَلَؤُا۟chiefsl-mala-uأَفْتُونِىAdvise meaftūnīفِىٓinfīأَمْرِىmy affairamrīمَاNotmāكُنتُI would bekuntuقَاطِعَةًthe one to decideqāṭiʿatanأَمْرًاany matteramranحَتَّىٰuntilḥattāتَشْهَدُونِyou are present with metashhadūni٣٢
Elle dit : “Ô notables ! Donnez-moi votre avis sur cette affaire: je ne déciderai rien sans que vous ne soyez présents (pour me conseiller).”
27:33
قَالُوا۟They saidqālūنَحْنُWenaḥnuأُو۟لُوا۟(are) possessorsulūقُوَّةٍۢ(of) strengthquwwatinوَأُو۟لُوا۟and possessorswa-ulūبَأْسٍۢ(of) mightbasinشَدِيدٍۢgreatshadīdinوَٱلْأَمْرُand the commandwal-amruإِلَيْكِ(is) up to youilaykiفَٱنظُرِىso lookfa-unẓurīمَاذَاwhatmādhāتَأْمُرِينَyou will commandtamurīna٣٣
Ils dirent : "Nous sommes détenteurs d’une force et d’une puissance redoutable. Le commandement cependant t’appartient. Regarde donc ce que tu veux ordonner."
27:34
قَالَتْShe saidqālatإِنَّIndeedinnaٱلْمُلُوكَthe kingsl-mulūkaإِذَاwhenidhāدَخَلُوا۟they enterdakhalūقَرْيَةًa townqaryatanأَفْسَدُوهَاthey ruin itafsadūhāوَجَعَلُوٓا۟and makewajaʿalūأَعِزَّةَ(the) most honorableaʿizzataأَهْلِهَآ(of) its peopleahlihāأَذِلَّةًۭ ۖ(the) lowestadhillatanوَكَذَٰلِكَAnd thuswakadhālikaيَفْعَلُونَthey doyafʿalūna٣٤
Elle dit: "En vérité, quand les rois entrent dans une cité ils la corrompent, et font de ses honorables citoyens des humiliés. Et c’est ainsi qu’ils agissent.
27:35
وَإِنِّىBut indeed, I amwa-innīمُرْسِلَةٌgoing to sendmur'silatunإِلَيْهِمto themilayhimبِهَدِيَّةٍۢa giftbihadiyyatinفَنَاظِرَةٌۢand seefanāẓiratunبِمَwith whatbimaيَرْجِعُreturnyarjiʿuٱلْمُرْسَلُونَthe messengersl-mur'salūna٣٥
Moi, je vais leur envoyer un présent, puis je verrai ce que les envoyés ramèneront."
27:36
فَلَمَّاSo whenfalammāجَآءَcamejāaسُلَيْمَـٰنَ(to) Sulaimansulaymānaقَالَhe saidqālaأَتُمِدُّونَنِWill you provide meatumiddūnaniبِمَالٍۢwith wealthbimālinفَمَآBut whatfamāءَاتَىٰنِۦَAllah has given meātāniyaٱللَّهُAllah has given mel-lahuخَيْرٌۭ(is) betterkhayrunمِّمَّآthan whatmimmāءَاتَىٰكُمHe has given youātākumبَلْNaybalأَنتُمyouantumبِهَدِيَّتِكُمْin your giftbihadiyyatikumتَفْرَحُونَrejoicetafraḥūna٣٦
Puis, lorsque [la délégation] arriva auprès de Salomon, celui-ci dit : "Est-ce avec des biens que vous voulez m’aider ? Alors que ce qu’Allah m’a procuré est meilleur que ce qu’Il vous a procuré. Mais c’est vous plutôt qui vous réjouissez de votre cadeau.
27:37
ٱرْجِعْReturnir'jiʿإِلَيْهِمْto themilayhimفَلَنَأْتِيَنَّهُمsurely, we will come to themfalanatiyannahumبِجُنُودٍۢwith hostsbijunūdinلَّاnotlāقِبَلَ(is) resistanceqibalaلَهُمfor themlahumبِهَاof itbihāوَلَنُخْرِجَنَّهُمand surely, we will drive them outwalanukh'rijannahumمِّنْهَآfrom theremin'hāأَذِلَّةًۭ(in) humiliationadhillatanوَهُمْand theywahumصَـٰغِرُونَ(will be) abasedṣāghirūna٣٧
Retourne vers eux ! Nous viendrons avec des armées contre lesquelles ils n’auront aucune résistance. Et nous les en expulserons tout humiliés et méprisés.
27:38
قَالَHe saidqālaيَـٰٓأَيُّهَاOyāayyuhāٱلْمَلَؤُا۟chiefsl-mala-uأَيُّكُمْWhich of youayyukumيَأْتِينِىwill bring meyatīnīبِعَرْشِهَاher thronebiʿarshihāقَبْلَbeforeqablaأَنthatanيَأْتُونِىthey come to meyatūnīمُسْلِمِينَ(in) submissionmus'limīna٣٨
Il dit : "Ô notables! Qui de vous m’apportera son trône avant qu’ils ne viennent à moi soumis ?"
27:39
قَالَSaidqālaعِفْرِيتٌۭa strong oneʿif'rītunمِّنَofminaٱلْجِنِّthe jinnl-jiniأَنَا۠Ianāءَاتِيكَwill bring it to youātīkaبِهِۦwill bring it to youbihiقَبْلَbeforeqablaأَن[that]anتَقُومَyou risetaqūmaمِنfromminمَّقَامِكَ ۖyour placemaqāmikaوَإِنِّىAnd indeed, I amwa-innīعَلَيْهِfor itʿalayhiلَقَوِىٌّsurely, stronglaqawiyyunأَمِينٌۭtrustworthyamīnun٣٩
Un djinn redoutable dit : "Je te l’apporterai avant que tu ne te lèves de ta place: pour cela, je suis fort et digne de confiance."
27:40
قَالَSaidqālaٱلَّذِىone whoalladhīعِندَهُۥwith himʿindahuعِلْمٌۭ(was) knowledgeʿil'munمِّنَofminaٱلْكِتَـٰبِthe Scripturel-kitābiأَنَا۠Ianāءَاتِيكَwill bring it to youātīkaبِهِۦwill bring it to youbihiقَبْلَbeforeqablaأَن[that]anيَرْتَدَّreturnsyartaddaإِلَيْكَto youilaykaطَرْفُكَ ۚyour glanceṭarfukaفَلَمَّاThen whenfalammāرَءَاهُhe saw itraāhuمُسْتَقِرًّاplacedmus'taqirranعِندَهُۥbefore himʿindahuقَالَhe saidqālaهَـٰذَاThishādhāمِن(is) fromminفَضْلِ(the) Favorfaḍliرَبِّى(of) my Lordrabbīلِيَبْلُوَنِىٓto test meliyabluwanīءَأَشْكُرُwhether I am gratefula-ashkuruأَمْoramأَكْفُرُ ۖI am ungratefulakfuruوَمَنAnd whoeverwamanشَكَرَ(is) gratefulshakaraفَإِنَّمَاthen onlyfa-innamāيَشْكُرُhe is gratefulyashkuruلِنَفْسِهِۦ ۖfor his own soullinafsihiوَمَنAnd whoeverwamanكَفَرَ(is) ungratefulkafaraفَإِنَّthen indeedfa-innaرَبِّىmy Lordrabbīغَنِىٌّۭ(is) Self-sufficientghaniyyunكَرِيمٌۭNoblekarīmun٤٠
Quelqu’un qui avait une connaissance du Livre dit : “Je te l’apporterai avant que tu n’aies cligné de l’œil.” Quand, ensuite, Salomon vit le trône installé auprès de lui, il dit : “Cela est de la grâce de mon Seigneur, pour m’éprouver si je suis reconnaissant ou si je suis ingrat. Et quiconque est reconnaissant, c’est dans son propre intérêt qu’il le fait; et quiconque est ingrat... alors mon Seigneur Se suffit à Lui-même et Il est Généreux.”
27:41
قَالَHe saidqālaنَكِّرُوا۟Disguisenakkirūلَهَاfor herlahāعَرْشَهَاher throneʿarshahāنَنظُرْwe will seenanẓurأَتَهْتَدِىٓwhether she will be guidedatahtadīأَمْoramتَكُونُwill betakūnuمِنَofminaٱلَّذِينَthose whoalladhīnaلَاare not guidedlāيَهْتَدُونَare not guidedyahtadūna٤١
Et il dit [encore] : "Rendez-lui son trône méconnaissable, nous verrons alors si elle sera guidée ou si elle est du nombre de ceux qui ne sont pas guidés."
27:42
فَلَمَّاSo whenfalammāجَآءَتْshe camejāatقِيلَit was saidqīlaأَهَـٰكَذَاIs like thisahākadhāعَرْشُكِ ۖyour throneʿarshukiقَالَتْShe saidqālatكَأَنَّهُۥIt is likeka-annahuهُوَ ۚithuwaوَأُوتِينَاAnd we were givenwaūtīnāٱلْعِلْمَthe knowledgel-ʿil'maمِنbefore herminقَبْلِهَاbefore herqablihāوَكُنَّاand we have beenwakunnāمُسْلِمِينَMuslimsmus'limīna٤٢
Quand elle fut venue on lui dit : "Est-ce que ton trône est ainsi ?" Elle dit : "C’est comme s’il l’était." - [Salomon dit] : "Le savoir nous a été donné avant elle ; et nous étions déjà soumis."
27:43
وَصَدَّهَاAnd has averted herwaṣaddahāمَاwhatmāكَانَتshe used (to)kānatتَّعْبُدُworshiptaʿbuduمِنbesidesminدُونِbesidesdūniٱللَّهِ ۖAllahl-lahiإِنَّهَاIndeed, sheinnahāكَانَتْwaskānatمِنfromminقَوْمٍۢa peopleqawminكَـٰفِرِينَwho disbelievekāfirīna٤٣
Or, ce qu’elle adorait en dehors d’Allah l’empêchait (d’être croyante) car elle faisait partie d’un peuple mécréant.
27:44
قِيلَIt was saidqīlaلَهَاto herlahāٱدْخُلِىEnterud'khulīٱلصَّرْحَ ۖthe palacel-ṣarḥaفَلَمَّاThen whenfalammāرَأَتْهُshe saw itra-athuحَسِبَتْهُshe thought itḥasibathuلُجَّةًۭ(was) a poollujjatanوَكَشَفَتْand she uncoveredwakashafatعَن[on]ʿanسَاقَيْهَا ۚher shinssāqayhāقَالَHe saidqālaإِنَّهُۥIndeed, itinnahuصَرْحٌۭ(is) a palaceṣarḥunمُّمَرَّدٌۭmade smoothmumarradunمِّنofminقَوَارِيرَ ۗglassqawārīraقَالَتْShe saidqālatرَبِّMy Lordrabbiإِنِّىindeed, Iinnīظَلَمْتُ[I] have wrongedẓalamtuنَفْسِىmyselfnafsīوَأَسْلَمْتُand I submitwa-aslamtuمَعَwithmaʿaسُلَيْمَـٰنَSulaimansulaymānaلِلَّهِto Allahlillahiرَبِّ(the) Lordrabbiٱلْعَـٰلَمِينَ(of) the worldsl-ʿālamīna٤٤
On lui dit : "Entre dans le palais !" Puis, quand elle le vit, elle le prit pour de l’eau profonde et elle se découvrit les jambes. Alors, [Salomon] lui dit : "Ceci est un palais pavé de cristal." - Elle dit : "Seigneur ! Je me suis fait du tort à moi- même et je me soumets avec Salomon à Allah, Seigneur de l’Univers."
27:45
وَلَقَدْAnd certainlywalaqadأَرْسَلْنَآWe sentarsalnāإِلَىٰtoilāثَمُودَThamudthamūdaأَخَاهُمْtheir brotherakhāhumصَـٰلِحًاSalihṣāliḥanأَنِthataniٱعْبُدُوا۟Worshipuʿ'budūٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaفَإِذَاThen beholdfa-idhāهُمْTheyhumفَرِيقَانِ(became) two partiesfarīqāniيَخْتَصِمُونَquarrelingyakhtaṣimūna٤٥
Nous envoyâmes effectivement vers les Thamûd leur frère. Sâlih [qui leur dit] : "Adorez Allah !" Et voilà qu’ils se divisèrent en deux groupes qui se disputèrent.
27:46
قَالَHe saidqālaيَـٰقَوْمِO my peopleyāqawmiلِمَWhylimaتَسْتَعْجِلُونَ(do) you seek to hastentastaʿjilūnaبِٱلسَّيِّئَةِthe evilbil-sayi-atiقَبْلَbeforeqablaٱلْحَسَنَةِ ۖthe goodl-ḥasanatiلَوْلَاWhy notlawlāتَسْتَغْفِرُونَyou ask forgivenesstastaghfirūnaٱللَّهَ(of) Allahl-lahaلَعَلَّكُمْso that you maylaʿallakumتُرْحَمُونَreceive mercytur'ḥamūna٤٦
Il dit : "Ô mon peuple ! Pourquoi cherchez-vous à hâter le mal plutôt que le bien ? Si seulement vous demandiez pardon à Allah ? Peut-être vous serait-il fait miséricorde.
27:47
قَالُوا۟They saidqālūٱطَّيَّرْنَاWe consider you a bad omeniṭṭayyarnāبِكَWe consider you a bad omenbikaوَبِمَنand thosewabimanمَّعَكَ ۚwith youmaʿakaقَالَHe saidqālaطَـٰٓئِرُكُمْYour bad omenṭāirukumعِندَ(is) withʿindaٱللَّهِ ۖAllahl-lahiبَلْNaybalأَنتُمْyouantumقَوْمٌۭ(are) a peopleqawmunتُفْتَنُونَbeing testedtuf'tanūna٤٧
Ils dirent : "Nous voyons en toi et en ceux qui sont avec toi. des porteurs de malheur." Il dit : "Votre sort dépend d’Allah. Mais vous êtes plutôt des gens qu’on soumet à la tentation.
27:48
وَكَانَAnd werewakānaفِىinfīٱلْمَدِينَةِthe cityl-madīnatiتِسْعَةُninetis'ʿatuرَهْطٍۢfamily headsrahṭinيُفْسِدُونَthey were spreading corruptionyuf'sidūnaفِىinfīٱلْأَرْضِthe landl-arḍiوَلَاand notwalāيُصْلِحُونَreformingyuṣ'liḥūna٤٨
Et il y avait dans la ville un groupe de neuf individus qui semaient le désordre sur terre et ne faisaient rien de bon.
27:49
قَالُوا۟They saidqālūتَقَاسَمُوا۟Swear to each othertaqāsamūبِٱللَّهِby Allahbil-lahiلَنُبَيِّتَنَّهُۥsurely, we will attack him by nightlanubayyitannahuوَأَهْلَهُۥand his familywa-ahlahuثُمَّThenthummaلَنَقُولَنَّwe will surely saylanaqūlannaلِوَلِيِّهِۦto his heirliwaliyyihiمَاNotmāشَهِدْنَاwe witnessedshahid'nāمَهْلِكَ(the) destructionmahlikaأَهْلِهِۦ(of) his familyahlihiوَإِنَّاand indeed, wewa-innāلَصَـٰدِقُونَ(are) surely truthfullaṣādiqūna٤٩
Ils dirent : “Jurons par Allah que nous l’attaquerons de nuit, lui et sa famille. Ensuite, nous dirons à celui qui est chargé de le venger : “Nous n’avons pas assisté à l’assassinat de sa famille, et nous sommes véridiques.”
27:50
وَمَكَرُوا۟So they plottedwamakarūمَكْرًۭاa plotmakranوَمَكَرْنَاand We plannedwamakarnāمَكْرًۭاa planmakranوَهُمْwhile theywahumلَا(did) notlāيَشْعُرُونَperceiveyashʿurūna٥٠
Ils ourdirent une ruse et Nous ourdîmes une ruse sans qu’ils s’en rendent compte.
27:51
فَٱنظُرْThen seefa-unẓurكَيْفَhowkayfaكَانَwaskānaعَـٰقِبَةُ(the) endʿāqibatuمَكْرِهِمْ(of) their plotmakrihimأَنَّاthat Weannāدَمَّرْنَـٰهُمْdestroyed themdammarnāhumوَقَوْمَهُمْand their peoplewaqawmahumأَجْمَعِينَallajmaʿīna٥١
Regarde donc ce qu’a été l’issue finale de leur stratagème: Nous les fîmes périr, eux et tout leur peuple.
27:52
فَتِلْكَSo, thesefatil'kaبُيُوتُهُمْ(are) their housesbuyūtuhumخَاوِيَةًۢruinedkhāwiyatanبِمَاbecausebimāظَلَمُوٓا۟ ۗthey wrongedẓalamūإِنَّIndeedinnaفِىinfīذَٰلِكَthatdhālikaلَـَٔايَةًۭsurely, is a signlaāyatanلِّقَوْمٍۢfor a peopleliqawminيَعْلَمُونَwho knowyaʿlamūna٥٢
Voilà donc leurs maisons désertes à cause de leurs méfaits. C’est bien là un signe pour des gens qui savent.
27:53
وَأَنجَيْنَاAnd We savedwa-anjaynāٱلَّذِينَthose whoalladhīnaءَامَنُوا۟believedāmanūوَكَانُوا۟and used (to)wakānūيَتَّقُونَfear (Allah)yattaqūna٥٣
Et Nous sauvâmes ceux qui avaient cru et étaient pieux.
27:54
وَلُوطًاAnd Lutwalūṭanإِذْwhenidhقَالَhe saidqālaلِقَوْمِهِۦٓto his peopleliqawmihiأَتَأْتُونَDo you commitatatūnaٱلْفَـٰحِشَةَ[the] immoralityl-fāḥishataوَأَنتُمْwhile youwa-antumتُبْصِرُونَseetub'ṣirūna٥٤
[Et rappelle-leur] Lot, quand il dit à son peuple : "Vous livrez- vous à la turpitude [I’homosexualité] alors que vous voyez clair !"
27:55
أَئِنَّكُمْWhy do youa-innakumلَتَأْتُونَapproachlatatūnaٱلرِّجَالَthe menl-rijālaشَهْوَةًۭ(with) lustshahwatanمِّنinstead ofminدُونِinstead ofdūniٱلنِّسَآءِ ۚthe womenl-nisāiبَلْNaybalأَنتُمْyouantumقَوْمٌۭ(are) a peopleqawmunتَجْهَلُونَignoranttajhalūna٥٥
Vous allez aux hommes au lieu de femmes pour assouvir vos désirs? Vous êtes plutôt un peuple ignorant.
27:56
۞ فَمَاBut notfamāكَانَwaskānaجَوَابَ(the) answerjawābaقَوْمِهِۦٓ(of) his peopleqawmihiإِلَّآexceptillāأَنthatanقَالُوٓا۟they saidqālūأَخْرِجُوٓا۟Drive outakhrijūءَالَ(the) familyālaلُوطٍۢ(of) Lutlūṭinمِّنfromminقَرْيَتِكُمْ ۖyour townqaryatikumإِنَّهُمْIndeed, theyinnahumأُنَاسٌۭ(are) peopleunāsunيَتَطَهَّرُونَwho keep clean and pureyataṭahharūna٥٦
Puis son peuple n’eut que cette réponse : "Expulsez de votre cité la famille de Lot ! Car ce sont des gens qui se veulent purs.
27:57
فَأَنجَيْنَـٰهُSo We saved himfa-anjaynāhuوَأَهْلَهُۥٓand his familywa-ahlahuإِلَّاexceptillāٱمْرَأَتَهُۥhis wifeim'ra-atahuقَدَّرْنَـٰهَاWe destined herqaddarnāhāمِنَ(to be) ofminaٱلْغَـٰبِرِينَthose who remained behindl-ghābirīna٥٧
Nous le sauvâmes ainsi que sa famille, excepté sa femme pour qui Nous avions déterminé qu’elle serait du nombre des exterminés.
27:58
وَأَمْطَرْنَاAnd We rainedwa-amṭarnāعَلَيْهِمupon themʿalayhimمَّطَرًۭا ۖa rainmaṭaranفَسَآءَand was evilfasāaمَطَرُ(the) rainmaṭaruٱلْمُنذَرِينَ(on) those who were warnedl-mundharīna٥٨
Et Nous fîmes pleuvoir sur eux une pluie (de pierres). Et quelle mauvaise pluie que celle des gens prévenus !
27:59
قُلِSayquliٱلْحَمْدُAll praise (be)l-ḥamduلِلَّهِto Allahlillahiوَسَلَـٰمٌand peace (be)wasalāmunعَلَىٰuponʿalāعِبَادِهِHis slavesʿibādihiٱلَّذِينَthose whomalladhīnaٱصْطَفَىٰٓ ۗHe has choseniṣ'ṭafāءَآللَّهُIs Allahāllahuخَيْرٌbetterkhayrunأَمَّاor whatammāيُشْرِكُونَthey associate (with Him)yush'rikūna٥٩
Dis : "Louange à Allah et paix sur Ses serviteurs qu’Il a élus !" Lequel est meilleur : Allah ou bien ce qu’ils Lui associent ?
27:60
أَمَّنْOr Whoammanخَلَقَhas createdkhalaqaٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِthe heavensl-samāwātiوَٱلْأَرْضَand the earthwal-arḍaوَأَنزَلَand sent downwa-anzalaلَكُمfor youlakumمِّنَfromminaٱلسَّمَآءِthe skyl-samāiمَآءًۭwatermāanفَأَنۢبَتْنَاAnd We caused to growfa-anbatnāبِهِۦtherebybihiحَدَآئِقَgardensḥadāiqaذَاتَof beauty (and delight)dhātaبَهْجَةٍۢof beauty (and delight)bahjatinمَّاnotmāكَانَit iskānaلَكُمْfor youlakumأَنthatanتُنۢبِتُوا۟you cause to growtunbitūشَجَرَهَآ ۗtheir treesshajarahāأَءِلَـٰهٌۭIs there any goda-ilāhunمَّعَwithmaʿaٱللَّهِ ۚAllahl-lahiبَلْNaybalهُمْtheyhumقَوْمٌۭ(are) a peopleqawmunيَعْدِلُونَwho ascribe equalsyaʿdilūna٦٠
N’est-ce pas Lui qui a créé les cieux et la Terre et qui vous a fait descendre du ciel une eau avec laquelle Nous avons fait pousser des jardins pleins de beauté. Vous n’étiez nullement capables de faire pousser leurs arbres. Y-a-t-il donc une divinité avec Allah ? Non, mais ce sont des gens qui Lui donnent des égaux.
27:61
أَمَّنOr Whoammanجَعَلَmadejaʿalaٱلْأَرْضَthe earthl-arḍaقَرَارًۭاa firm abodeqarāranوَجَعَلَand madewajaʿalaخِلَـٰلَهَآ(in) its midstkhilālahāأَنْهَـٰرًۭاriversanhāranوَجَعَلَand madewajaʿalaلَهَاfor itlahāرَوَٰسِىَfirm mountainsrawāsiyaوَجَعَلَand madewajaʿalaبَيْنَbetweenbaynaٱلْبَحْرَيْنِthe two seasl-baḥrayniحَاجِزًا ۗa barrierḥājizanأَءِلَـٰهٌۭIs there any goda-ilāhunمَّعَwithmaʿaٱللَّهِ ۚAllahl-lahiبَلْNaybalأَكْثَرُهُمْmost of themaktharuhumلَا(do) notlāيَعْلَمُونَknowyaʿlamūna٦١
N’est-ce pas Lui qui a établi la Terre comme lieu de séjour, placé des rivières à travers elle, lui a assigné des montagnes fermes et établi une séparation entre les deux mers . - Y a-t-il donc une divinité avec Allah ? Non, mais la plupart d’entre eux ne savent pas.
27:62
أَمَّنOr Whoammanيُجِيبُrespondsyujībuٱلْمُضْطَرَّ(to) the distressed onel-muḍ'ṭaraإِذَاwhenidhāدَعَاهُhe calls Himdaʿāhuوَيَكْشِفُand He removeswayakshifuٱلسُّوٓءَthe evill-sūaوَيَجْعَلُكُمْand makes youwayajʿalukumخُلَفَآءَinheritorskhulafāaٱلْأَرْضِ ۗ(of) the earthl-arḍiأَءِلَـٰهٌۭIs there any goda-ilāhunمَّعَwithmaʿaٱللَّهِ ۚAllahl-lahiقَلِيلًۭاLittleqalīlanمَّا(is) whatmāتَذَكَّرُونَyou remembertadhakkarūna٦٢
N’est-ce pas Lui qui répond à l'homme en détresse quand il L’invoque, et qui enlève le mal, et qui vous fait succéder sur la Terre, génération après génération. - Y a-t-il donc une divinité avec Allah? C’est rare que vous vous rappeliez !
27:63
أَمَّنOr Whoammanيَهْدِيكُمْguides youyahdīkumفِىinfīظُلُمَـٰتِ(the) darkness[es]ẓulumātiٱلْبَرِّ(of) the landl-bariوَٱلْبَحْرِand the seawal-baḥriوَمَنand Whowamanيُرْسِلُsendsyur'siluٱلرِّيَـٰحَthe windsl-riyāḥaبُشْرًۢا(as) glad tidingsbush'ranبَيْنَbeforebaynaيَدَىْbeforeyadayرَحْمَتِهِۦٓ ۗHis MercyraḥmatihiأَءِلَـٰهٌۭIs there any goda-ilāhunمَّعَwithmaʿaٱللَّهِ ۚAllahl-lahiتَعَـٰلَىHigh istaʿālāٱللَّهُAllahl-lahuعَمَّاabove whatʿammāيُشْرِكُونَthey associate (with Him)yush'rikūna٦٣
N’est-ce pas Lui qui vous guide dans les ténèbres de la terre et de la mer, et qui envoie les vents, comme une bonne annonce précédant Sa miséricorde. Y a-t-il donc une divinité avec Allah ? Allah est Très élevé au-dessus de ce qu’ils [Lui] associent.
27:64
أَمَّنOr Whoammanيَبْدَؤُا۟originatesyabda-uٱلْخَلْقَthe creationl-khalqaثُمَّthenthummaيُعِيدُهُۥrepeats ityuʿīduhuوَمَنand Whowamanيَرْزُقُكُمprovides youyarzuqukumمِّنَfromminaٱلسَّمَآءِthe heavensl-samāiوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۗand the earthwal-arḍiأَءِلَـٰهٌۭIs there any goda-ilāhunمَّعَwithmaʿaٱللَّهِ ۚAllahl-lahiقُلْSayqulهَاتُوا۟Bring forthhātūبُرْهَـٰنَكُمْyour proofbur'hānakumإِنifinكُنتُمْyou arekuntumصَـٰدِقِينَtruthfulṣādiqīna٦٤
N’est-ce pas Lui qui commence la création, puis la refait, et qui vous nourrit du ciel et de la Terre. Y a-t-il donc une divinité avec Allah ? Dis : "Apportez votre preuve, si vous êtes véridiques !"
27:65
قُلSayqulلَّاNo (one)lāيَعْلَمُknowsyaʿlamuمَنwhoevermanفِى(is) infīٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِthe heavensl-samāwātiوَٱلْأَرْضِand the earthwal-arḍiٱلْغَيْبَ(of) the unseenl-ghaybaإِلَّاexceptillāٱللَّهُ ۚAllahl-lahuوَمَاand notwamāيَشْعُرُونَthey perceiveyashʿurūnaأَيَّانَwhenayyānaيُبْعَثُونَthey will be resurrectedyub'ʿathūna٦٥
Dis : "Nul de ceux qui sont dans les cieux et sur la Terre ne connaît l’Inconnaissable, à part Allah." Et ils ne savent pas quand ils seront ressuscités !
27:66
بَلِNaybaliٱدَّٰرَكَis arrestediddārakaعِلْمُهُمْtheir knowledgeʿil'muhumفِىoffīٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۚthe Hereafterl-ākhiratiبَلْNaybalهُمْtheyhumفِى(are) infīشَكٍّۢdoubtshakkinمِّنْهَا ۖabout itmin'hāبَلْNaybalهُمtheyhumمِّنْهَاabout itmin'hāعَمُونَ(are) blindʿamūna٦٦
Mais leurs sciences se sont rejointes au sujet de l’au-delà. Ils doutent plutôt là-dessus. Ou plutôt ils sont aveugles à son sujet.
27:67
وَقَالَAnd saywaqālaٱلَّذِينَthose whoalladhīnaكَفَرُوٓا۟disbelievekafarūأَءِذَاWhat, whena-idhāكُنَّاwe have becomekunnāتُرَٰبًۭاdustturābanوَءَابَآؤُنَآand our forefatherswaābāunāأَئِنَّاwill wea-innāلَمُخْرَجُونَsurely be brought outlamukh'rajūna٦٧
Et ceux qui ne croient pas disent : "Est-ce que, quand nous seront poussière, nous et nos pères, est-ce que vraiment on nous fera sortir (de nos tombes) ?
27:68
لَقَدْCertainlylaqadوُعِدْنَاwe have been promisedwuʿid'nāهَـٰذَاthishādhāنَحْنُwenaḥnuوَءَابَآؤُنَاand our forefatherswaābāunāمِنbeforeminقَبْلُbeforeqabluإِنْNotinهَـٰذَآ(is) thishādhāإِلَّآexceptillāأَسَـٰطِيرُtalesasāṭīruٱلْأَوَّلِينَ(of) the former (people)l-awalīna٦٨
Certes, on nous l’a promis à nous et à nos pères, auparavant. Ce ne sont que des contes d’anciens !"
27:69
قُلْSayqulسِيرُوا۟Travelsīrūفِىinfīٱلْأَرْضِthe landl-arḍiفَٱنظُرُوا۟and seefa-unẓurūكَيْفَhowkayfaكَانَwaskānaعَـٰقِبَةُ(the) endʿāqibatuٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ(of) the criminalsl-muj'rimīna٦٩
Dis : “Parcourez la Terre et voyez quelle a été l’issue finale des criminels !”
27:70
وَلَاAnd (do) notwalāتَحْزَنْgrievetaḥzanعَلَيْهِمْover themʿalayhimوَلَاand notwalāتَكُنbetakunفِىinfīضَيْقٍۢdistressḍayqinمِّمَّاfrom whatmimmāيَمْكُرُونَthey plotyamkurūna٧٠
Et ne t’afflige pas sur eux et ne sois pas angoissé à cause de leur complot.
27:71
وَيَقُولُونَAnd they saywayaqūlūnaمَتَىٰWhenmatāهَـٰذَا(will) thishādhāٱلْوَعْدُpromise (be fulfilled)l-waʿduإِنifinكُنتُمْyou arekuntumصَـٰدِقِينَtruthfulṣādiqīna٧١
Et ils disent : "Pour quand cette promesse si vous êtes véridiques ?"
27:72
قُلْSayqulعَسَىٰٓPerhapsʿasāأَنthatanيَكُونَisyakūnaرَدِفَclose behindradifaلَكُمyoulakumبَعْضُsomebaʿḍuٱلَّذِى(of) that whichalladhīتَسْتَعْجِلُونَyou seek to hastentastaʿjilūna٧٢
Dis : "Il se peut qu’une partie de ce que vous cherchez à hâter soit déjà sur vos talons."
27:73
وَإِنَّAnd indeedwa-innaرَبَّكَyour Lordrabbakaلَذُو(is) full of Bountyladhūفَضْلٍ(is) full of Bountyfaḍlinعَلَىforʿalāٱلنَّاسِthe mankindl-nāsiوَلَـٰكِنَّbutwalākinnaأَكْثَرَهُمْmost of themaktharahumلَا(are) notlāيَشْكُرُونَgratefulyashkurūna٧٣
Certes, ton Seigneur est pourvoyeur de grâce aux hommes, mais la plupart d’entre eux ne sont pas reconnaissants.
27:74
وَإِنَّAnd indeedwa-innaرَبَّكَyour Lordrabbakaلَيَعْلَمُsurely knowslayaʿlamuمَاwhatmāتُكِنُّconcealstukinnuصُدُورُهُمْtheir breastsṣudūruhumوَمَاand whatwamāيُعْلِنُونَthey declareyuʿ'linūna٧٤
Certes, ton Seigneur sait ce que cachent leurs poitrines et ce qu’ils divulguent.
27:75
وَمَاAnd not (is)wamāمِنْany (thing)minغَآئِبَةٍۢhiddenghāibatinفِىinfīٱلسَّمَآءِthe heavensl-samāiوَٱلْأَرْضِand the earthwal-arḍiإِلَّاbutillāفِى(is) infīكِتَـٰبٍۢa Recordkitābinمُّبِينٍclearmubīnin٧٥
Et il n’y a rien de caché, dans le ciel et la Terre, qui ne soit dans un Livre explicite.
27:76
إِنَّIndeedinnaهَـٰذَاthishādhāٱلْقُرْءَانَ[the] Quranl-qur'ānaيَقُصُّrelatesyaquṣṣuعَلَىٰtoʿalāبَنِىٓ(the) Childrenbanīإِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ(of) Israelis'rāīlaأَكْثَرَmostaktharaٱلَّذِى(of) thatalladhīهُمْtheyhumفِيهِin itfīhiيَخْتَلِفُونَdifferyakhtalifūna٧٦
Certes, ce Coran raconte aux enfants d’Israël la plupart des sujets sur lesquels ils divergent,
27:77
وَإِنَّهُۥAnd indeed, itwa-innahuلَهُدًۭى(is) surely a guidancelahudanوَرَحْمَةٌۭand a mercywaraḥmatunلِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَfor the believerslil'mu'minīna٧٧
cependant qu’il est pour les croyants un guide et une miséricorde.
27:78
إِنَّIndeedinnaرَبَّكَyour Lordrabbakaيَقْضِىwill judgeyaqḍīبَيْنَهُمbetween thembaynahumبِحُكْمِهِۦ ۚby His Judgmentbiḥuk'mihiوَهُوَand Hewahuwaٱلْعَزِيزُ(is) the All-Mightyl-ʿazīzuٱلْعَلِيمُthe All-Knowerl-ʿalīmu٧٨
Ton Seigneur décidera certes entre eux par son jugement ; et Il est le Tout Puissant, le Sage.
27:79
فَتَوَكَّلْSo put your trustfatawakkalعَلَىinʿalāٱللَّهِ ۖAllahl-lahiإِنَّكَindeed, youinnakaعَلَى(are) onʿalāٱلْحَقِّthe truthl-ḥaqiٱلْمُبِينِmanifestl-mubīni٧٩
Place donc ta confiance en Allah, car tu es de toute évidence dans la vérité et le bon droit.
27:80
إِنَّكَIndeed, youinnakaلَا(can) notlāتُسْمِعُcause to heartus'miʿuٱلْمَوْتَىٰthe deadl-mawtāوَلَاand notwalāتُسْمِعُcan you cause to heartus'miʿuٱلصُّمَّthe deafl-ṣumaٱلدُّعَآءَthe calll-duʿāaإِذَاwhenidhāوَلَّوْا۟they turn backwallawمُدْبِرِينَretreatingmud'birīna٨٠
Tu ne peux faire entendre les morts ni faire entendre l’appel aux sourds quand ils s’enfuient en tournant le dos.
27:81
وَمَآAnd notwamāأَنتَ(can) youantaبِهَـٰدِىguidebihādīٱلْعُمْىِthe blindl-ʿum'yiعَنfromʿanضَلَـٰلَتِهِمْ ۖtheir errorḍalālatihimإِنNotinتُسْمِعُyou can cause to heartus'miʿuإِلَّاexceptillāمَن(those) whomanيُؤْمِنُbelieveyu'minuبِـَٔايَـٰتِنَاin Our Signsbiāyātināفَهُمso theyfahumمُّسْلِمُونَ(are) Muslimsmus'limūna٨١
Et tu ne peux non plus guider les aveugles hors de leur égarement. Tu ne feras entendre que ceux qui croient en Nos versets et se soumettent.
27:82
۞ وَإِذَاAnd whenwa-idhāوَقَعَ(is) fulfilledwaqaʿaٱلْقَوْلُthe wordl-qawluعَلَيْهِمْagainst themʿalayhimأَخْرَجْنَاWe will bring forthakhrajnāلَهُمْfor themlahumدَآبَّةًۭa creaturedābbatanمِّنَfromminaٱلْأَرْضِthe earthl-arḍiتُكَلِّمُهُمْspeaking to themtukallimuhumأَنَّthatannaٱلنَّاسَthe peoplel-nāsaكَانُوا۟werekānūبِـَٔايَـٰتِنَاof Our Signsbiāyātināلَاnotlāيُوقِنُونَcertainyūqinūna٨٢
Et quand la Parole se réalisera contre eux, alors Nous leur ferons sortir de terre une bête qui leur parlera ; les gens n’étaient nullement convaincus de la vérité de Nos signes [ou versets].
27:83
وَيَوْمَAnd (the) DaywayawmaنَحْشُرُWe will gathernaḥshuruمِنfromminكُلِّeverykulliأُمَّةٍۢnationummatinفَوْجًۭاa troopfawjanمِّمَّنof (those) whomimmanيُكَذِّبُdenyyukadhibuبِـَٔايَـٰتِنَاOur Signsbiāyātināفَهُمْand theyfahumيُوزَعُونَwill be set in rowsyūzaʿūna٨٣
Et le jour où Nous rassemblerons, de chaque communauté, une foule de ceux qui démentaient Nos signes [ou verstes], et qu’ils seront placés en rangs.
27:84
حَتَّىٰٓUntilḥattāإِذَاwhenidhāجَآءُوthey comejāūقَالَHe will sayqālaأَكَذَّبْتُمDid you denyakadhabtumبِـَٔايَـٰتِىMy Signsbiāyātīوَلَمْwhile notwalamتُحِيطُوا۟you encompassedtuḥīṭūبِهَاthembihāعِلْمًا(in) knowledgeʿil'manأَمَّاذَاor whatammādhāكُنتُمْyou used (to)kuntumتَعْمَلُونَdotaʿmalūna٨٤
Puis, quand ils seront arrivés, [Allah] dira : "Avez-vous traité de mensonges Mes signes sans les avoir embrassés de votre savoir? Ou que faisiez-vous donc ?"
27:85
وَوَقَعَAnd (will be) fulfilledwawaqaʿaٱلْقَوْلُthe wordl-qawluعَلَيْهِمagainst themʿalayhimبِمَاbecausebimāظَلَمُوا۟they wrongedẓalamūفَهُمْand theyfahumلَا(will) notlāيَنطِقُونَspeakyanṭiqūna٨٥
Et la Parole leur tombera dessus à cause de leurs méfaits. Et ils ne pourront rien dire.
27:86
أَلَمْDo notalamيَرَوْا۟they seeyarawأَنَّاthat Weannāجَعَلْنَا[We] have madejaʿalnāٱلَّيْلَthe nightal-laylaلِيَسْكُنُوا۟that they may restliyaskunūفِيهِin itfīhiوَٱلنَّهَارَand the daywal-nahāraمُبْصِرًا ۚgiving visibilitymub'ṣiranإِنَّIndeedinnaفِىinfīذَٰلِكَthatdhālikaلَـَٔايَـٰتٍۢsurely (are) Signslaāyātinلِّقَوْمٍۢfor a peopleliqawminيُؤْمِنُونَwho believeyu'minūna٨٦
N’ont-ils pas vu qu’en vérité, Nous avons désigné la nuit pour qu’ils y aient du repos, et le jour pour voir ? Voilà bien des preuves pour des gens qui croient.
27:87
وَيَوْمَAnd (the) Daywayawmaيُنفَخُwill be blownyunfakhuفِى[in]fīٱلصُّورِthe trumpetl-ṣūriفَفَزِعَand will be terrifiedfafaziʿaمَنwhoevermanفِى(is) infīٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِthe heavensl-samāwātiوَمَنand whoeverwamanفِى(is) infīٱلْأَرْضِthe earthl-arḍiإِلَّاexceptillāمَنwhommanشَآءَAllah willsshāaٱللَّهُ ۚAllah willsl-lahuوَكُلٌّAnd allwakullunأَتَوْهُ(will) come to Himatawhuدَٰخِرِينَhumbleddākhirīna٨٧
Et le jour où l’on soufflera dans la Trompe, tous ceux qui sont dans les cieux et ceux qui sont dans la Terre seront effrayés, - sauf ceux qu’Allah a voulu [préserver] ! - Et tous viendront à Lui en s’humiliant.
27:88
وَتَرَىAnd you seewatarāٱلْجِبَالَthe mountainsl-jibālaتَحْسَبُهَاthinking themtaḥsabuhāجَامِدَةًۭfirmly fixedjāmidatanوَهِىَwhile theywahiyaتَمُرُّwill passtamurruمَرَّ(as the) passingmarraٱلسَّحَابِ ۚ(of) the cloudsl-saḥābiصُنْعَ(The) Workṣun'ʿaٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiٱلَّذِىٓWhoalladhīأَتْقَنَperfectedatqanaكُلَّallkullaشَىْءٍ ۚthingsshayinإِنَّهُۥIndeed, Heinnahuخَبِيرٌۢ(is) All-Awarekhabīrunبِمَاof whatbimāتَفْعَلُونَyou dotafʿalūna٨٨
Et tu verras les montagnes - tu les crois figées - alors qu’elles passent comme des nuages. Telle est l’œuvre d’Allah qui a tout façonné à la perfection. Il est Parfaitement Connaisseur de ce que vous faites!
27:89
مَنWhoevermanجَآءَcomesjāaبِٱلْحَسَنَةِwith the goodbil-ḥasanatiفَلَهُۥthen for himfalahuخَيْرٌۭ(will be) betterkhayrunمِّنْهَاthan itmin'hāوَهُمand theywahumمِّنfromminفَزَعٍۢ(the) terrorfazaʿinيَوْمَئِذٍ(of) that Dayyawma-idhinءَامِنُونَ(will be) safeāminūna٨٩
Quiconque viendra avec le bien aura bien mieux, et ce jour-là ils seront à l’abri de tout effroi.
27:90
وَمَنAnd whoeverwamanجَآءَcomesjāaبِٱلسَّيِّئَةِwith the evilbil-sayi-atiفَكُبَّتْwill be cast downfakubbatوُجُوهُهُمْtheir faceswujūhuhumفِىinfīٱلنَّارِthe Firel-nāriهَلْArehalتُجْزَوْنَyou recompensedtuj'zawnaإِلَّاexceptillāمَا(for) whatmāكُنتُمْyou used (to)kuntumتَعْمَلُونَdotaʿmalūna٩٠
Et quiconque viendra avec le mal... alors ils seront culbutés, le visage dans le Feu. N’êtes-vous pas uniquement rétribués selon ce que vous œuvriez ?"
27:91
إِنَّمَآOnlyinnamāأُمِرْتُI am commandedumir'tuأَنْthatanأَعْبُدَI worshipaʿbudaرَبَّ(the) Lordrabbaهَـٰذِهِ(of) thishādhihiٱلْبَلْدَةِcityl-baldatiٱلَّذِىthe One Whoalladhīحَرَّمَهَاmade it sacredḥarramahāوَلَهُۥand to Him (belongs)walahuكُلُّallkulluشَىْءٍۢ ۖthingsshayinوَأُمِرْتُAnd I am commandedwa-umir'tuأَنْthatanأَكُونَI beakūnaمِنَofminaٱلْمُسْلِمِينَthe Muslimsl-mus'limīna٩١
"Il m’a été seulement commandé d’adorer le Seigneur de cette Ville (La Mecque) qu’Il a sanctifiée, - et à Lui toute chose - et il m’a été commandé d’être du nombre des Musulmans,
27:92
وَأَنْAnd thatwa-anأَتْلُوَا۟I reciteatluwāٱلْقُرْءَانَ ۖthe Quranl-qur'ānaفَمَنِAnd whoeverfamaniٱهْتَدَىٰaccepts guidanceih'tadāفَإِنَّمَاthen onlyfa-innamāيَهْتَدِىhe accepts guidanceyahtadīلِنَفْسِهِۦ ۖfor himselflinafsihiوَمَنand whoeverwamanضَلَّgoes astrayḍallaفَقُلْthen sayfaqulإِنَّمَآOnlyinnamāأَنَا۠I amanāمِنَofminaٱلْمُنذِرِينَthe warnersl-mundhirīna٩٢
Et de réciter le Coran." Quiconque se guide, c’est pour lui- même en effet qu’il se guide. Et quiconque s’égare..., alors dis : "Je ne suis que l’un des avertisseurs."
27:93
وَقُلِAnd saywaquliٱلْحَمْدُAll praise (be)l-ḥamduلِلَّهِto AllahlillahiسَيُرِيكُمْHe will show yousayurīkumءَايَـٰتِهِۦHis Signsāyātihiفَتَعْرِفُونَهَا ۚand you will recognize themfataʿrifūnahāوَمَاAnd your Lord is notwamāرَبُّكَAnd your Lord is notrabbukaبِغَـٰفِلٍunawarebighāfilinعَمَّاof whatʿammāتَعْمَلُونَyou dotaʿmalūna٩٣
Et dis : "Louange à Allah ! Il vous fera voir Ses signes, et vous les reconnaîtrez." Et ton Seigneur n’est pas inattentif à ce que vous faites.
