فاطر

La sourate Fatir (فاطر) est le 35e chapitre du Saint Coran — une sourate Mecquoise de 45 versets. Les sourates mecquoises ont été révélées avant l'émigration du Prophète Muhammad (paix sur lui) à Médine et mettent souvent l'accent sur la foi, l'unicité de Dieu et l'au-delà.

بِسْمِIn (the) namebis'miٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِthe Most Graciousl-raḥmāniٱلرَّحِيمِthe Most Mercifull-raḥīmi
Au nom d'Allah, le Tout Miséricordieux, le Très Miséricordieux
35:1
ٱلْحَمْدُAll praisesal-ḥamduلِلَّهِ(be) to AllahlillahiفَاطِرِOriginatorfāṭiriٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ(of) the heavensl-samāwātiوَٱلْأَرْضِand the earthwal-arḍiجَاعِلِ(Who) makesjāʿiliٱلْمَلَـٰٓئِكَةِthe Angelsl-malāikatiرُسُلًاmessengersrusulanأُو۟لِىٓhaving wingsulīأَجْنِحَةٍۢhaving wingsajniḥatinمَّثْنَىٰtwomathnāوَثُلَـٰثَor threewathulāthaوَرُبَـٰعَ ۚor fourwarubāʿaيَزِيدُHe increasesyazīduفِىinfīٱلْخَلْقِthe creationl-khalqiمَاwhatmāيَشَآءُ ۚHe willsyashāuإِنَّIndeedinnaٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaعَلَىٰ(is) onʿalāكُلِّeverykulliشَىْءٍۢthingshayinقَدِيرٌۭAll-Powerfulqadīrun١
Louange à Allah, Créateur des cieux et de la terre, qui a fait des Anges des messagers dotés de deux, trois, ou quatre ailes. Il ajoute à la création ce qu’Il veut, car Allah est Omnipotent.
35:2
مَّاWhatmāيَفْتَحِAllah grantsyaftaḥiٱللَّهُAllah grantsl-lahuلِلنَّاسِto mankindlilnnāsiمِنofminرَّحْمَةٍۢMercyraḥmatinفَلَاthen nonefalāمُمْسِكَ(can) withholdmum'sikaلَهَا ۖitlahāوَمَاAnd whatwamāيُمْسِكْHe withholdsyum'sikفَلَاthen nonefalāمُرْسِلَ(can) releasemur'silaلَهُۥitlahuمِنۢthereafterminبَعْدِهِۦ ۚthereafterbaʿdihiوَهُوَAnd Hewahuwaٱلْعَزِيزُ(is) the All-Mightyl-ʿazīzuٱلْحَكِيمُthe All-Wisel-ḥakīmu٢
Ce qu’Allah accorde en miséricorde aux gens, il n’est personne à pouvoir le retenir. Et ce qu’Il retient, il n’est personne à le relâcher après Lui. Et c’est Lui le Puissant, le Sage.
35:3
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاOyāayyuhāٱلنَّاسُmankindl-nāsuٱذْكُرُوا۟Rememberudh'kurūنِعْمَتَ(the) Favorniʿ'mataٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiعَلَيْكُمْ ۚupon youʿalaykumهَلْIshalمِنْ(there) anyminخَـٰلِقٍcreatorkhāliqinغَيْرُother (than) Allahghayruٱللَّهِother (than) Allahl-lahiيَرْزُقُكُمwho provides for youyarzuqukumمِّنَfromminaٱلسَّمَآءِthe skyl-samāiوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚand the earthwal-arḍiلَآ(There is) nolāإِلَـٰهَgodilāhaإِلَّاbutillāهُوَ ۖHehuwaفَأَنَّىٰThen, howfa-annāتُؤْفَكُونَ(are) you deludedtu'fakūna٣
Ô hommes ! Rappelez-vous le bienfait d’Allah sur vous: existe-t-il en dehors d’Allah, un créateur qui du ciel et de la terre vous attribue votre subsistance ? Point de divinité [véritable] à part Lui! Comment pouvez-vous vous détourner [de cette vérité] ?
35:4
وَإِنAnd ifwa-inيُكَذِّبُوكَthey deny youyukadhibūkaفَقَدْthen certainlyfaqadكُذِّبَتْwere deniedkudhibatرُسُلٌۭMessengersrusulunمِّنbefore youminقَبْلِكَ ۚbefore youqablikaوَإِلَىAnd towa-ilāٱللَّهِAllahl-lahiتُرْجَعُreturntur'jaʿuٱلْأُمُورُthe mattersl-umūru٤
Et s’ils te traitent de menteur, certes on a traité de menteurs des Messagers avant toi. Vers Allah cependant, tout est ramené.
35:5
يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاOyāayyuhāٱلنَّاسُmankindl-nāsuإِنَّIndeedinnaوَعْدَ(the) promisewaʿdaٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiحَقٌّۭ ۖ(is) trueḥaqqunفَلَاSo (let) notfalāتَغُرَّنَّكُمُdeceive youtaghurrannakumuٱلْحَيَوٰةُthe lifel-ḥayatuٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ(of) the worldl-dun'yāوَلَاand (let) notwalāيَغُرَّنَّكُمdeceive youyaghurrannakumبِٱللَّهِabout Allahbil-lahiٱلْغَرُورُthe Deceiverl-gharūru٥
Ô hommes ! La promesse d’Allah est vérité. Ne laissez pas la vie présente vous tromper, et que le grand trompeur (Satan) ne vous trompe pas à propos d’Allah.
35:6
إِنَّIndeedinnaٱلشَّيْطَـٰنَthe Shaitaanl-shayṭānaلَكُمْ(is) to youlakumعَدُوٌّۭan enemyʿaduwwunفَٱتَّخِذُوهُso take himfa-ittakhidhūhuعَدُوًّا ۚ(as) an enemyʿaduwwanإِنَّمَاOnlyinnamāيَدْعُوا۟he invitesyadʿūحِزْبَهُۥhis partyḥiz'bahuلِيَكُونُوا۟that they may beliyakūnūمِنْamongminأَصْحَـٰبِ(the) companionsaṣḥābiٱلسَّعِيرِ(of) the Blazel-saʿīri٦
Le Diable (Satan) est pour vous un ennemi. Prenez-le donc pour un ennemi. Il ne fait qu’appeler ses partisans pour qu’ils soient des gens de la Fournaise.
35:7
ٱلَّذِينَThose whoalladhīnaكَفَرُوا۟disbelievekafarūلَهُمْfor themlahumعَذَابٌۭ(will be) a punishmentʿadhābunشَدِيدٌۭ ۖsevereshadīdunوَٱلَّذِينَand thosewa-alladhīnaءَامَنُوا۟who believeāmanūوَعَمِلُوا۟and dowaʿamilūٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِrighteous deedsl-ṣāliḥātiلَهُمfor themlahumمَّغْفِرَةٌۭ(will be) forgivenessmaghfiratunوَأَجْرٌۭand a rewardwa-ajrunكَبِيرٌgreatkabīrun٧
Ceux qui ont mécru auront un dur châtiment, tandis que ceux qui croient et accomplissent les bonnes œuvres auront un pardon et une grosse récompense.
35:8
أَفَمَنThen is (he) who afamanزُيِّنَis made fair-seemingzuyyinaلَهُۥto himlahuسُوٓءُ(the) evilsūuعَمَلِهِۦ(of) his deed ʿamalihiفَرَءَاهُso that he sees itfaraāhuحَسَنًۭا ۖ(as) goodḥasananفَإِنَّFor indeedfa-innaٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaيُضِلُّlets go astrayyuḍilluمَنwhommanيَشَآءُHe willsyashāuوَيَهْدِىand guideswayahdīمَنwhommanيَشَآءُ ۖHe willsyashāuفَلَاSo (let) notfalāتَذْهَبْgo outtadhhabنَفْسُكَyour soulnafsukaعَلَيْهِمْfor themʿalayhimحَسَرَٰتٍ ۚ(in) regretsḥasarātinإِنَّIndeedinnaٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaعَلِيمٌۢ(is) All-Knowerʿalīmunبِمَاof whatbimāيَصْنَعُونَthey doyaṣnaʿūna٨
Seront-ils donc traîtés comme celui a qui on a enjolivé sa mauvaise action au point qu'il la considère comme bonne ? En vérité, Allah égare qui Il veut, et guide qui Il veut. Que ton âme ne se morfonde donc pas de tristesse sur leur sort. Allah est Parfaitement Connaisseur de ce qu'ils font.
35:9
وَٱللَّهُAnd Allahwal-lahuٱلَّذِىٓ(is) the One Whoalladhīأَرْسَلَsendsarsalaٱلرِّيَـٰحَthe windsl-riyāḥaفَتُثِيرُso that they raisefatuthīruسَحَابًۭا(the) cloudssaḥābanفَسُقْنَـٰهُand We drive themfasuq'nāhuإِلَىٰtoilāبَلَدٍۢa landbaladinمَّيِّتٍۢdeadmayyitinفَأَحْيَيْنَاand We revivefa-aḥyaynāبِهِtherewithbihiٱلْأَرْضَthe earthl-arḍaبَعْدَafterbaʿdaمَوْتِهَا ۚits deathmawtihāكَذَٰلِكَThuskadhālikaٱلنُّشُورُ(will be) the Resurrectionl-nushūru٩
Et c’est Allah qui envoie les vents qui soulèvent un nuage que Nous poussons ensuite vers une contrée morte ; puis, Nous redonnons la vie à la terre après sa mort. C’est ainsi que se fera la Résurrection.
35:10
مَنWhoevermanكَانَ[is] desireskānaيُرِيدُ[is] desiresyurīduٱلْعِزَّةَthe honorl-ʿizataفَلِلَّهِthen for Allahfalillahiٱلْعِزَّةُ(is) the Honorl-ʿizatuجَمِيعًا ۚalljamīʿanإِلَيْهِTo Himilayhiيَصْعَدُascendsyaṣʿaduٱلْكَلِمُthe wordsl-kalimuٱلطَّيِّبُgoodl-ṭayibuوَٱلْعَمَلُand the deedwal-ʿamaluٱلصَّـٰلِحُrighteousl-ṣāliḥuيَرْفَعُهُۥ ۚraises ityarfaʿuhuوَٱلَّذِينَBut those whowa-alladhīnaيَمْكُرُونَplotyamkurūnaٱلسَّيِّـَٔاتِthe evill-sayiātiلَهُمْfor themlahumعَذَابٌۭ(is) a punishmentʿadhābunشَدِيدٌۭ ۖsevereshadīdunوَمَكْرُand (the) plottingwamakruأُو۟لَـٰٓئِكَ(of) those ulāikaهُوَithuwaيَبُورُ(will) perishyabūru١٠
Quiconque veut la puissance (qu’il la cherche auprès d’Allah) car la puissance tout entière est à Allah : vers Lui monte la bonne parole, et Il élève haut la bonne action . Et quand à ceux qui complotent de mauvaises actions, ils auront un dur châtiment. Cependant leur stratagème est voué à l’échec.
35:11
وَٱللَّهُAnd Allahwal-lahuخَلَقَكُمcreated youkhalaqakumمِّنfromminتُرَابٍۢdustturābinثُمَّthenthummaمِنfromminنُّطْفَةٍۢa semen-dropnuṭ'fatinثُمَّthenthummaجَعَلَكُمْHe made youjaʿalakumأَزْوَٰجًۭا ۚpairsazwājanوَمَاAnd notwamāتَحْمِلُconceivestaḥmiluمِنْanyminأُنثَىٰfemaleunthāوَلَاand notwalāتَضَعُgives birthtaḍaʿuإِلَّاexceptillāبِعِلْمِهِۦ ۚwith His knowledgebiʿil'mihiوَمَاAnd notwamāيُعَمَّرُis granted lifeyuʿammaruمِنanyminمُّعَمَّرٍۢaged personmuʿammarinوَلَاand notwalāيُنقَصُis lessenedyunqaṣuمِنْfromminعُمُرِهِۦٓhis lifeʿumurihiإِلَّاbutillāفِى(is) infīكِتَـٰبٍ ۚa RegisterkitābinإِنَّIndeedinnaذَٰلِكَthatdhālikaعَلَىforʿalāٱللَّهِAllahl-lahiيَسِيرٌۭ(is) easyyasīrun١١
Et Allah vous a créés de terre, puis d’une goutte de sperme, Il vous a ensuite établis en couples. Nulle femelle ne porte ni ne met pas sans qu’Il le sache. Et aucune existence n’est prolongée ou abrégée sans que cela ne soit consigné dans un livre . Cela est vraiment facile pour Allah.
35:12
وَمَاAnd notwamāيَسْتَوِىare alikeyastawīٱلْبَحْرَانِthe two seasl-baḥrāniهَـٰذَاThishādhāعَذْبٌۭ(is) freshʿadhbunفُرَاتٌۭsweetfurātunسَآئِغٌۭpleasantsāighunشَرَابُهُۥits drinksharābuhuوَهَـٰذَاand thiswahādhāمِلْحٌsaltymil'ḥunأُجَاجٌۭ ۖ(and) bitterujājunوَمِنAnd fromwaminكُلٍّۢeachkullinتَأْكُلُونَyou eattakulūnaلَحْمًۭاmeatlaḥmanطَرِيًّۭاfreshṭariyyanوَتَسْتَخْرِجُونَand you extractwatastakhrijūnaحِلْيَةًۭornamentsḥil'yatanتَلْبَسُونَهَا ۖyou wear themtalbasūnahāوَتَرَىand you seewatarāٱلْفُلْكَthe shipsl-ful'kaفِيهِin itfīhiمَوَاخِرَcleavingmawākhiraلِتَبْتَغُوا۟so that you may seeklitabtaghūمِنofminفَضْلِهِۦHis Bountyfaḍlihiوَلَعَلَّكُمْand that you maywalaʿallakumتَشْكُرُونَbe gratefultashkurūna١٢
Les deux mers ne sont pas identiques : [l’eau de] celle-ci est potable, douce et agréable à boire, et celle-là est salée, amère. Cependant de chacune vous mangez une chair fraîche, et vous extrayez un ornement que vous portez. Et tu vois le vaisseau fendre l’eau avec bruit, pour que vous cherchiez certains [de produits] de Sa grâce. Peut-être serez-vous reconnaissants .
35:13
يُولِجُHe causes to enteryūlijuٱلَّيْلَthe nightal-laylaفِىin (to)fīٱلنَّهَارِthe dayl-nahāriوَيُولِجُand He causes to enterwayūlijuٱلنَّهَارَthe dayl-nahāraفِىin (to)fīٱلَّيْلِthe nightal-layliوَسَخَّرَand He has subjectedwasakharaٱلشَّمْسَthe sunl-shamsaوَٱلْقَمَرَand the moonwal-qamaraكُلٌّۭeachkullunيَجْرِىrunningyajrīلِأَجَلٍۢfor a termli-ajalinمُّسَمًّۭى ۚappointedmusammanذَٰلِكُمُThat (is)dhālikumuٱللَّهُAllahl-lahuرَبُّكُمْyour Lordrabbukumلَهُfor Himlahuٱلْمُلْكُ ۚ(is) the Dominionl-mul'kuوَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whomwa-alladhīnaتَدْعُونَyou invoketadʿūnaمِنbesides Himminدُونِهِۦbesides Himdūnihiمَاnotmāيَمْلِكُونَthey possessyamlikūnaمِنevenminقِطْمِيرٍ(as much as) the membrane of a date-seedqiṭ'mīrin١٣
Il fait que la nuit pénètre le jour et que le jour pénètre la nuit. Et Il a soumis le soleil et la lune. Chacun d’eux s’achemine vers un terme fixé. Tel est Allah, votre Seigneur : à Lui appartient la royauté, tandis que ceux que vous invoquez, en dehors de Lui, ne sont même pas maîtres de la pellicule d’un noyau de datte.
35:14
إِنIfinتَدْعُوهُمْyou invoke themtadʿūhumلَاnotlāيَسْمَعُوا۟they hearyasmaʿūدُعَآءَكُمْyour callduʿāakumوَلَوْand ifwalawسَمِعُوا۟they heardsamiʿūمَاnotmāٱسْتَجَابُوا۟they (would) respondis'tajābūلَكُمْ ۖto youlakumوَيَوْمَAnd (on the) Daywayawmaٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ(of) the Resurrectionl-qiyāmatiيَكْفُرُونَthey will denyyakfurūnaبِشِرْكِكُمْ ۚyour associationbishir'kikumوَلَاAnd nonewalāيُنَبِّئُكَcan inform youyunabbi-ukaمِثْلُlikemith'luخَبِيرٍۢ(the) All-Awarekhabīrin١٤
Si vous les invoquez, ils n’entendent pas votre invocation; et même s’ils entendaient, ils ne sauraient vous répondre. Et le jour du Jugement ils vont nier votre association. Nul ne peut te donner des nouvelles comme Celui qui est parfaitement informé.
35:15
۞ يَـٰٓأَيُّهَاOyāayyuhāٱلنَّاسُmankindl-nāsuأَنتُمُYouantumuٱلْفُقَرَآءُ(are) those in needl-fuqarāuإِلَىofilāٱللَّهِ ۖAllahl-lahiوَٱللَّهُwhile Allahwal-lahuهُوَHehuwaٱلْغَنِىُّ(is) Free of needl-ghaniyuٱلْحَمِيدُthe Praiseworthyl-ḥamīdu١٥
Ô hommes, vous êtes les indigents ayant besoin d’Allah, et c’est Allah, Lui qui se dispense de tout et Il est Le Digne de louange.
35:16
إِنIfinيَشَأْHe willsyashaيُذْهِبْكُمْHe (can) do away with youyudh'hib'kumوَيَأْتِand bringwayatiبِخَلْقٍۢin a creationbikhalqinجَدِيدٍۢnewjadīdin١٦
S’Il voulait, Il vous ferait disparaître, et ferait surgir une nouvelle création.
35:17
وَمَاAnd notwamāذَٰلِكَthatdhālikaعَلَى(is) onʿalāٱللَّهِAllahl-lahiبِعَزِيزٍۢdifficultbiʿazīzin١٧
Et cela n’est point difficile pour Allah.
35:18
وَلَاAnd notwalāتَزِرُwill beartaziruوَازِرَةٌۭbearer of burdenswāziratunوِزْرَburdenwiz'raأُخْرَىٰ ۚ(of) anotherukh'rāوَإِنAnd ifwa-inتَدْعُcallstadʿuمُثْقَلَةٌa heavily ladenmuth'qalatunإِلَىٰtoilāحِمْلِهَا(carry) its loadḥim'lihāلَاnotlāيُحْمَلْwill be carriedyuḥ'malمِنْهُof itmin'huشَىْءٌۭanythingshayonوَلَوْeven ifwalawكَانَhe bekānaذَاnear of kindhāقُرْبَىٰٓ ۗnear of kinqur'bāإِنَّمَاOnlyinnamāتُنذِرُyou can warntundhiruٱلَّذِينَthose whoalladhīnaيَخْشَوْنَfearyakhshawnaرَبَّهُمtheir Lord rabbahumبِٱلْغَيْبِunseenbil-ghaybiوَأَقَامُوا۟and establishwa-aqāmūٱلصَّلَوٰةَ ۚthe prayerl-ṣalataوَمَنAnd whoeverwamanتَزَكَّىٰpurifies himselftazakkāفَإِنَّمَاthen onlyfa-innamāيَتَزَكَّىٰhe purifiesyatazakkāلِنَفْسِهِۦ ۚfor his own selflinafsihiوَإِلَىAnd towa-ilāٱللَّهِAllahl-lahiٱلْمَصِيرُ(is) the destinationl-maṣīru١٨
Or, personne ne portera le fardeau de l’autrui. Et si une âme surchargée [de péchés] appelle à l’aide, rien de sa charge ne sera supporté par une autre même si c’est un proche parent. Tu n’avertis en fait, que ceux qui craignent leur Seigneur bien qu’ils ne Le voient pas, et qui accomplissent la prière (As-Salât). Et quiconque se purifie, ne se purifie que pour lui-même, et vers Allah est la destination.
35:19
وَمَاAnd notwamāيَسْتَوِىequalyastawīٱلْأَعْمَىٰ(are) the blindl-aʿmāوَٱلْبَصِيرُand the seeingwal-baṣīru١٩
L’aveugle et celui qui voit ne sont pas semblables.
35:20
وَلَاAnd notwalāٱلظُّلُمَـٰتُthe darkness[es]l-ẓulumātuوَلَاand notwalāٱلنُّورُ[the] lightl-nūru٢٠
ni les ténèbres et la lumière.
35:21
وَلَاAnd notwalāٱلظِّلُّthe shadel-ẓiluوَلَاand notwalāٱلْحَرُورُthe heatl-ḥarūru٢١
ni l’ombre et la chaleur ardente.
35:22
وَمَاAnd notwamāيَسْتَوِىequalyastawīٱلْأَحْيَآءُ(are) the livingl-aḥyāuوَلَاand notwalāٱلْأَمْوَٰتُ ۚthe deadl-amwātuإِنَّIndeedinnaٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaيُسْمِعُcauses to hearyus'miʿuمَنwhommanيَشَآءُ ۖHe willsyashāuوَمَآand notwamāأَنتَyouantaبِمُسْمِعٍۢcan make hearbimus'miʿinمَّن(those) whomanفِى(are) infīٱلْقُبُورِthe gravesl-qubūri٢٢
De même, ne sont pas semblables les vivants et les morts. Allah fait entendre qu’Il veut, alors que toi [Mohammed], tu ne peux faire entendre ceux qui sont dans les tombeaux.
35:23
إِنْNotinأَنتَyou (are)antaإِلَّاbutillāنَذِيرٌa warnernadhīrun٢٣
Tu n’es qu’un avertisseur.
35:24
إِنَّآIndeed, Weinnāأَرْسَلْنَـٰكَ[We] have sent youarsalnākaبِٱلْحَقِّwith the truthbil-ḥaqiبَشِيرًۭا(as) a bearer of glad tidingsbashīranوَنَذِيرًۭا ۚand (as) a warnerwanadhīranوَإِنAnd notwa-inمِّنْ(was) anyminأُمَّةٍnationummatinإِلَّاbutillāخَلَاhad passedkhalāفِيهَاwithin itfīhāنَذِيرٌۭa warnernadhīrun٢٤
Nous t’avons envoyé avec la Vérité en tant qu’annonciateur et avertisseur, Il n’est pas une nation qui n’ait déjà eu un avertisseur.
35:25
وَإِنAnd ifwa-inيُكَذِّبُوكَthey deny youyukadhibūkaفَقَدْthen certainlyfaqadكَذَّبَdeniedkadhabaٱلَّذِينَthose whoalladhīnaمِن(were) before themminقَبْلِهِمْ(were) before themqablihimجَآءَتْهُمْCame to themjāathumرُسُلُهُمtheir Messengersrusuluhumبِٱلْبَيِّنَـٰتِwith clear signsbil-bayinātiوَبِٱلزُّبُرِand with Scriptureswabil-zuburiوَبِٱلْكِتَـٰبِand with the Bookwabil-kitābiٱلْمُنِيرِ[the] enlighteningl-munīri٢٥
Et s’ils te traitent de menteur, eh bien, ceux d’avant eux avaient traité (leurs Messagers) de menteurs, cependant que leurs Messagers leur avaient apporté les preuves, les Ecrits et le Livre illuminant.
35:26
ثُمَّThenthummaأَخَذْتُI seizedakhadhtuٱلَّذِينَthose whoalladhīnaكَفَرُوا۟ ۖdisbelievedkafarūفَكَيْفَand howfakayfaكَانَwaskānaنَكِيرِMy rejectionnakīri٢٦
Puis j’ai saisi ceux qui ont mécru. Et quelle réprobation fut la Mienne.
35:27
أَلَمْDo notalamتَرَyou seetaraأَنَّthatannaٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaأَنزَلَsends downanzalaمِنَfromminaٱلسَّمَآءِthe skyl-samāiمَآءًۭwatermāanفَأَخْرَجْنَاthen We bring forthfa-akhrajnāبِهِۦtherewithbihiثَمَرَٰتٍۢfruitsthamarātinمُّخْتَلِفًا(of) variousmukh'talifanأَلْوَٰنُهَا ۚ[their] colorsalwānuhāوَمِنَAnd inwaminaٱلْجِبَالِthe mountainsl-jibāliجُدَدٌۢ(are) tractsjudadunبِيضٌۭwhitebīḍunوَحُمْرٌۭand redwaḥum'runمُّخْتَلِفٌ(of) variousmukh'talifunأَلْوَٰنُهَا[their] colorsalwānuhāوَغَرَابِيبُand intensely blackwagharābībuسُودٌۭand intensely blacksūdun٢٧
N’as-tu pas vu que, du ciel, Allah fait descendre l’eau ? Puis nous en faisons sortir des fruits de couleurs différentes. Et dans les montagnes, il y a des sillons blancs et rouges, de couleurs différentes, et des roches excessivement noires.
35:28
وَمِنَAnd amongwaminaٱلنَّاسِmenl-nāsiوَٱلدَّوَآبِّand moving creatureswal-dawābiوَٱلْأَنْعَـٰمِand the cattlewal-anʿāmiمُخْتَلِفٌ(are) variousmukh'talifunأَلْوَٰنُهُۥ[their] colorsalwānuhuكَذَٰلِكَ ۗlikewisekadhālikaإِنَّمَاOnlyinnamāيَخْشَىfearyakhshāٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaمِنْamongminعِبَادِهِHis slavesʿibādihiٱلْعُلَمَـٰٓؤُا۟ ۗthose who have knowledgel-ʿulamāuإِنَّIndeedinnaٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaعَزِيزٌ(is) All-MightyʿazīzunغَفُورٌOft-Forgivingghafūrun٢٨
Il y a pareillement des couleurs différentes, parmi les hommes, les animaux et les bestiaux. Parmi Ses serviteurs, seuls les savants craignent Allah. Allah est, certes, Puissant et Pardonneur.
35:29
إِنَّIndeedinnaٱلَّذِينَthose whoalladhīnaيَتْلُونَreciteyatlūnaكِتَـٰبَ(the) Bookkitābaٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiوَأَقَامُوا۟and establishwa-aqāmūٱلصَّلَوٰةَthe prayerl-ṣalataوَأَنفَقُوا۟and spendwa-anfaqūمِمَّاout of whatmimmāرَزَقْنَـٰهُمْWe have provided themrazaqnāhumسِرًّۭاsecretlysirranوَعَلَانِيَةًۭand openlywaʿalāniyatanيَرْجُونَhopeyarjūnaتِجَـٰرَةًۭ(for) a commerce tijāratanلَّنneverlanتَبُورَit will perishtabūra٢٩
Ceux qui récitent le Livre d’Allah, accomplissent la Ṣalāt, et dépensent, en secret et en public de ce que Nous leur avons attribué, espèrent ainsi faire une commerce qui ne périra jamais.
35:30
لِيُوَفِّيَهُمْThat He may give them in fullliyuwaffiyahumأُجُورَهُمْtheir rewardsujūrahumوَيَزِيدَهُمand increase for themwayazīdahumمِّنofminفَضْلِهِۦٓ ۚHis BountyfaḍlihiإِنَّهُۥIndeed, Heinnahuغَفُورٌۭ(is) Oft-ForgivingghafūrunشَكُورٌۭMost Appreciativeshakūrun٣٠
afin [qu’Allah] les récompensent pleinement et leur ajoute Sa grâce. Il est Pardonneur et Reconnaissant.
35:31
وَٱلَّذِىٓAnd (that) whichwa-alladhīأَوْحَيْنَآWe have revealedawḥaynāإِلَيْكَto youilaykaمِنَofminaٱلْكِتَـٰبِthe Bookl-kitābiهُوَithuwaٱلْحَقُّ(is) the truthl-ḥaquمُصَدِّقًۭاconfirmingmuṣaddiqanلِّمَاwhat (was)limāبَيْنَbefore itbaynaيَدَيْهِ ۗbefore ityadayhiإِنَّIndeedinnaٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaبِعِبَادِهِۦof His slavesbiʿibādihiلَخَبِيرٌۢsurely, (is) All-AwarelakhabīrunبَصِيرٌۭAll-Seerbaṣīrun٣١
Et ce que Nous t’avons révélé du Livre est la Vérité confirmant ce qui l’a précédé . Certes Allah est Parfaitement Connaisseur et Clairvoyant sur Ses serviteurs.
35:32
ثُمَّThenthummaأَوْرَثْنَاWe caused to inheritawrathnāٱلْكِتَـٰبَthe Bookl-kitābaٱلَّذِينَthose whomalladhīnaٱصْطَفَيْنَاWe have choseniṣ'ṭafaynāمِنْofminعِبَادِنَا ۖOur slavesʿibādināفَمِنْهُمْand among themfamin'humظَالِمٌۭ(is he) who wrongsẓālimunلِّنَفْسِهِۦhimselflinafsihiوَمِنْهُمand among themwamin'humمُّقْتَصِدٌۭ(is he who is) moderatemuq'taṣidunوَمِنْهُمْand among themwamin'humسَابِقٌۢ(is he who is) foremostsābiqunبِٱلْخَيْرَٰتِin good deedsbil-khayrātiبِإِذْنِby permissionbi-idh'niٱللَّهِ ۚ(of) Allahl-lahiذَٰلِكَThatdhālikaهُوَishuwaٱلْفَضْلُthe Bountyl-faḍluٱلْكَبِيرُthe greatl-kabīru٣٢
Ensuite, Nous fîmes héritiers du Livre ceux qui de Nos serviteurs que Nous avons choisis. Il en est parmi eux qui font du tort à eux-mêmes, d’autres qui se tiennent sur une voie moyenne, et d’autres avec la permission d’Allah devancent [tous les autres] par les bonnes actions; telle est la grâce infinie.
35:33
جَنَّـٰتُGardensjannātuعَدْنٍۢ(of) Eternityʿadninيَدْخُلُونَهَاthey will enter themyadkhulūnahāيُحَلَّوْنَThey will be adornedyuḥallawnaفِيهَاthereinfīhāمِنْwithminأَسَاوِرَbraceletsasāwiraمِنofminذَهَبٍۢgolddhahabinوَلُؤْلُؤًۭا ۖand pearlswalu'lu-anوَلِبَاسُهُمْand their garmentswalibāsuhumفِيهَاthereinfīhāحَرِيرٌۭ(will be of) silkḥarīrun٣٣
Les jardin d’Eden où ils entreront, parés de bracelets en or ainsi que de perles; et là, leurs vêtements sont de soie.
35:34
وَقَالُوا۟And they (will) saywaqālūٱلْحَمْدُAll praisesl-ḥamduلِلَّهِ(be) to Allahlillahiٱلَّذِىٓthe One Whoalladhīأَذْهَبَ(has) removedadhhabaعَنَّاfrom usʿannāٱلْحَزَنَ ۖthe sorrowl-ḥazanaإِنَّIndeedinnaرَبَّنَاour Lordrabbanāلَغَفُورٌۭ(is) surely Oft-ForgivinglaghafūrunشَكُورٌMost Appreciativeshakūrun٣٤
Et ils diront : "Louange à Allah qui a écarté de nous l’affliction. Notre Seigneur est certes Pardonneur et Reconnaissant.
35:35
ٱلَّذِىٓThe One Whoalladhīأَحَلَّنَاhas settled usaḥallanāدَارَ(in) a Homedāraٱلْمُقَامَةِ(of) Eternityl-muqāmatiمِن(out) ofminفَضْلِهِۦHis BountyfaḍlihiلَاNotlāيَمَسُّنَاtouches usyamassunāفِيهَاthereinfīhāنَصَبٌۭany fatiguenaṣabunوَلَاand notwalāيَمَسُّنَاtouchesyamassunāفِيهَاthereinfīhāلُغُوبٌۭwearinesslughūbun٣٥
C’est Lui qui nous a installés, par Sa grâce, dans la Demeure de la stabilité, où nulle fatigue, nulle lassitude ne nous touchent".
35:36
وَٱلَّذِينَAnd those whowa-alladhīnaكَفَرُوا۟disbelievekafarūلَهُمْfor themlahumنَارُ(will be the) Firenāruجَهَنَّمَ(of) HelljahannamaلَاNotlāيُقْضَىٰis decreedyuq'ḍāعَلَيْهِمْfor themʿalayhimفَيَمُوتُوا۟that they diefayamūtūوَلَاand notwalāيُخَفَّفُwill be lightenedyukhaffafuعَنْهُمfor themʿanhumمِّنْofminعَذَابِهَا ۚits tormentʿadhābihāكَذَٰلِكَThuskadhālikaنَجْزِىWe recompensenajzīكُلَّeverykullaكَفُورٍۢungrateful onekafūrin٣٦
Et ceux qui ont mécru auront le feu de l’Enfer : on ne les achève pas pour qu’ils meurent; on ne leur allège rien de ses tourments. C’est ainsi que Nous récompensons tout négateur obstiné.
35:37
وَهُمْAnd theywahumيَصْطَرِخُونَwill cryyaṣṭarikhūnaفِيهَاthereinfīhāرَبَّنَآOur LordrabbanāأَخْرِجْنَاBring us outakhrij'nāنَعْمَلْwe will donaʿmalصَـٰلِحًاrighteous (deeds)ṣāliḥanغَيْرَother thanghayraٱلَّذِى(that) whichalladhīكُنَّاwe usedkunnāنَعْمَلُ ۚ(to) donaʿmaluأَوَلَمْDid notawalamنُعَمِّرْكُمWe give you life long enoughnuʿammir'kumمَّاthatmāيَتَذَكَّرُ(would) receive admonitionyatadhakkaruفِيهِthereinfīhiمَنwhoevermanتَذَكَّرَreceives admonitiontadhakkaraوَجَآءَكُمُAnd came to youwajāakumuٱلنَّذِيرُ ۖthe warnerl-nadhīruفَذُوقُوا۟So tastefadhūqūفَمَاthen notfamāلِلظَّـٰلِمِينَ(is) for the wrongdoerslilẓẓālimīnaمِنanyminنَّصِيرٍhelpernaṣīrin٣٧
Et là, ils hurleront : "Seigneur, fais-nous sortir; nous ferons le bien, contrairement à ce que nous faisions." "Ne vous avons-Nous pas donné une vie assez longue pour que celui qui réfléchit puisse réfléchir ? L’avertisseur, cependant, vous était venu. Et bien, goûtez (votre punition). Car pour les injustes, il n’y a pas de secoureur."
35:38
إِنَّIndeedinnaٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaعَـٰلِمُ(is the) Knowerʿālimuغَيْبِ(of the) unseenghaybiٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ(of) the heavensl-samāwātiوَٱلْأَرْضِ ۚand the earthwal-arḍiإِنَّهُۥIndeed, Heinnahuعَلِيمٌۢ(is the) All-Knowerʿalīmunبِذَاتِof what (is) in the breastsbidhātiٱلصُّدُورِof what (is) in the breastsl-ṣudūri٣٨
Allah connaît l’Inconnaissable dans les cieux et la terre. Il connaît le contenu des poitrines.
35:39
هُوَHehuwaٱلَّذِى(is) the One Whoalladhīجَعَلَكُمْmade youjaʿalakumخَلَـٰٓئِفَsuccessorskhalāifaفِىinfīٱلْأَرْضِ ۚthe earthl-arḍiفَمَنAnd whoeverfamanكَفَرَdisbelieveskafaraفَعَلَيْهِthen upon himfaʿalayhiكُفْرُهُۥ ۖ(is) his disbeliefkuf'ruhuوَلَاAnd notwalāيَزِيدُincreaseyazīduٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَthe disbelieversl-kāfirīnaكُفْرُهُمْtheir disbeliefkuf'ruhumعِندَnearʿindaرَبِّهِمْtheir Lordrabbihimإِلَّاexceptillāمَقْتًۭا ۖ(in) hatredmaqtanوَلَاand notwalāيَزِيدُincreaseyazīduٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَthe disbelieversl-kāfirīnaكُفْرُهُمْtheir disbeliefkuf'ruhumإِلَّاexceptillāخَسَارًۭا(in) losskhasāran٣٩
C'est Lui qui a fait de vous des générations qui se succèdent sur terre. Quiconque mécroit, sa mécréance retombera sur lui. Leur mécréance n’ajoute aux mécréants qu’opprobre auprès de leur Seigneur. Leur mécréance n’ajoute que perte aux mécréants.
35:40
قُلْSayqulأَرَءَيْتُمْHave you seenara-aytumشُرَكَآءَكُمُyour partnersshurakāakumuٱلَّذِينَthose whomalladhīnaتَدْعُونَyou calltadʿūnaمِنbesidesminدُونِbesidesdūniٱللَّهِAllahl-lahiأَرُونِىShow Mearūnīمَاذَاwhatmādhāخَلَقُوا۟they have createdkhalaqūمِنَfromminaٱلْأَرْضِthe earthl-arḍiأَمْoramلَهُمْfor themlahumشِرْكٌۭ(is) a shareshir'kunفِىinfīٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِthe heavensl-samāwātiأَمْOramءَاتَيْنَـٰهُمْhave We given themātaynāhumكِتَـٰبًۭاa Bookkitābanفَهُمْso theyfahumعَلَىٰ(are) onʿalāبَيِّنَتٍۢa clear proofbayyinatinمِّنْهُ ۚtherefrommin'huبَلْNaybalإِنnotinيَعِدُpromiseyaʿiduٱلظَّـٰلِمُونَthe wrongdoersl-ẓālimūnaبَعْضُهُمsome of thembaʿḍuhumبَعْضًا(to) othersbaʿḍanإِلَّاexceptillāغُرُورًاdelusionghurūran٤٠
Dis : "Voyez-vous vos associés que vous invoquez en dehors d’Allah ? Montrez-moi ce qu’ils ont créé de la terre. Ont-ils été associés à la création des cieux? Ou leur avons-Nous apporté un Livre qui contienne des preuves [pour ce qu’ils font ?]" Non ! Mais ce n’est qu’en tromperie que des injustes se font des promesses les uns aux autres.
35:41
۞ إِنَّIndeedinnaٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaيُمْسِكُupholdsyum'sikuٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِthe heavensl-samāwātiوَٱلْأَرْضَand the earthwal-arḍaأَنlestanتَزُولَا ۚthey ceasetazūlāوَلَئِنAnd ifwala-inزَالَتَآthey should ceasezālatāإِنْnotinأَمْسَكَهُمَاcan uphold themamsakahumāمِنْanyminأَحَدٍۢoneaḥadinمِّنۢafter Himminبَعْدِهِۦٓ ۚafter HimbaʿdihiإِنَّهُۥIndeed, HeinnahuكَانَiskānaحَلِيمًاMost ForbearingḥalīmanغَفُورًۭاOft-Forgivingghafūran٤١
Allah retient les cieux et la terre pour qu’ils ne s’affaissent pas. Et s’ils s’affaissaient, nul autre après Lui ne pourra les retenir. Il est Indulgent et Pardonneur.
35:42
وَأَقْسَمُوا۟And they sworewa-aqsamūبِٱللَّهِby Allahbil-lahiجَهْدَ(the) strongestjahdaأَيْمَـٰنِهِمْ(of) their oathsaymānihimلَئِنthat ifla-inجَآءَهُمْcame to themjāahumنَذِيرٌۭa warnernadhīrunلَّيَكُونُنَّsurely, they would belayakūnunnaأَهْدَىٰmore guidedahdāمِنْthanminإِحْدَىanyiḥ'dāٱلْأُمَمِ ۖ(of) the nationsl-umamiفَلَمَّاBut whenfalammāجَآءَهُمْcame to themjāahumنَذِيرٌۭa warnernadhīrunمَّاnotmāزَادَهُمْit increased themzādahumإِلَّاbutillāنُفُورًا(in) aversionnufūran٤٢
Et ils ont juré solennellement par Allah, que si un avertisseur leur venait, ils seraient certes mieux guidés que n’importe quelle autre communauté. Puis quand un avertisseur (Mohammed) leur est venu, cela n’a fait qu’accroître leur répulsion.
35:43
ٱسْتِكْبَارًۭا(Due to) arroganceis'tik'bāranفِىinfīٱلْأَرْضِthe landl-arḍiوَمَكْرَand plottingwamakraٱلسَّيِّئِ ۚ(of) the evill-sayi-iوَلَاbut notwalāيَحِيقُencompassesyaḥīquٱلْمَكْرُthe plotl-makruٱلسَّيِّئُ(of) the evill-sayi-uإِلَّاexceptillāبِأَهْلِهِۦ ۚits own peoplebi-ahlihiفَهَلْThen dofahalيَنظُرُونَthey waityanẓurūnaإِلَّاexceptillāسُنَّتَ(the) waysunnataٱلْأَوَّلِينَ ۚ(of) the former (people)l-awalīnaفَلَنBut neverfalanتَجِدَyou will findtajidaلِسُنَّتِin (the) waylisunnatiٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiتَبْدِيلًۭا ۖany changetabdīlanوَلَنand neverwalanتَجِدَyou will findtajidaلِسُنَّتِin (the) waylisunnatiٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiتَحْوِيلًاany alterationtaḥwīlan٤٣
Par orgueil sur terre et par manœuvre perfide. Cependant, la manœuvre perfide n’enveloppe que ses propres auteurs. Attendent-ils donc un autre sort que celui des Anciens ? Or, jamais tu ne trouveras de changement dans la règle d’Allah, et jamais tu ne trouveras de déviation dans la règle d’Allah.
35:44
أَوَلَمْHave they notawalamيَسِيرُوا۟traveledyasīrūفِىinfīٱلْأَرْضِthe landl-arḍiفَيَنظُرُوا۟and seenfayanẓurūكَيْفَhowkayfaكَانَwaskānaعَـٰقِبَةُ(the) endʿāqibatuٱلَّذِينَ(of) those whoalladhīnaمِن(were) before themminقَبْلِهِمْ(were) before themqablihimوَكَانُوٓا۟And they werewakānūأَشَدَّstrongerashaddaمِنْهُمْthan themmin'humقُوَّةًۭ ۚ(in) powerquwwatanوَمَاBut notwamāكَانَiskānaٱللَّهُAllahl-lahuلِيُعْجِزَهُۥthat can escape (from) Himliyuʿ'jizahuمِنanyminشَىْءٍۢthingshayinفِىinfīٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِthe heavensl-samāwātiوَلَاand notwalāفِىinfīٱلْأَرْضِ ۚthe earthl-arḍiإِنَّهُۥIndeed, HeinnahuكَانَiskānaعَلِيمًۭاAll-KnowerʿalīmanقَدِيرًۭاAll-Powerfulqadīran٤٤
N’ont-ils donc jamais parcouru la terre pour voir ce qu’il est advenu de ceux qui vécurent avant eux et qui étaient plus puissants qu’eux ? Et rien, dans les cieux ni sur terre ne saurait réduire l’autorité d’Allah. Car il est certes Omniscient, Omnipotent.
35:45
وَلَوْAnd ifwalawيُؤَاخِذُAllah (were to) punishyuākhidhuٱللَّهُAllah (were to) punishl-lahuٱلنَّاسَthe peoplel-nāsaبِمَاfor whatbimāكَسَبُوا۟they have earnedkasabūمَاnotmāتَرَكَHe would leavetarakaعَلَىٰonʿalāظَهْرِهَاits backẓahrihāمِنanyminدَآبَّةٍۢcreaturedābbatinوَلَـٰكِنButwalākinيُؤَخِّرُهُمْHe gives them respiteyu-akhiruhumإِلَىٰٓtillilāأَجَلٍۢa termajalinمُّسَمًّۭى ۖappointedmusammanفَإِذَاAnd whenfa-idhāجَآءَcomesjāaأَجَلُهُمْtheir termajaluhumفَإِنَّthen indeedfa-innaٱللَّهَAllahl-lahaكَانَiskānaبِعِبَادِهِۦof His slavesbiʿibādihiبَصِيرًۢاAll-Seerbaṣīran٤٥
Et si Allah s’en prenait aux gens pour ce qu’ils acquièrent. Il ne laisserait à la surface [de la terre] aucun être vivant. Mais Il leur donne un délai jusqu’à un terme fixé. Puis quand leur terme viendra... (Il se saisira d’eux) car Allah est Très Clairvoyant sur Ses serviteurs.
