الزلزلة

Surah Az-Zalzalah (الزلزلة) is chapter 99 of the Holy Quran — a Medinan surah of 8 verses (ayahs). Medinan surahs were revealed after the migration to Medina and more often address worship, law and the life of the Muslim community.

Bismillah
بِسْمِIn (the) namebis'miٱللَّهِ(of) Allahl-lahiٱلرَّحْمَـٰنِthe Most Graciousl-raḥmāniٱلرَّحِيمِthe Most Mercifull-raḥīmi
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
99:1
إِذَاWhenidhāزُلْزِلَتِis shakenzul'zilatiٱلْأَرْضُthe earthl-arḍuزِلْزَالَهَا(with) its earthquakezil'zālahā١
When the earth is shaken with its [final] earthquake
99:2
وَأَخْرَجَتِAnd brings forthwa-akhrajatiٱلْأَرْضُthe earthl-arḍuأَثْقَالَهَاits burdensathqālahā٢
And the earth discharges its burdens
99:3
وَقَالَAnd sayswaqālaٱلْإِنسَـٰنُmanl-insānuمَاWhatmāلَهَا(is) with itlahā٣
And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" -
99:4
يَوْمَئِذٍۢThat Dayyawma-idhinتُحَدِّثُit will reporttuḥaddithuأَخْبَارَهَاits newsakhbārahā٤
That Day, it will report its news
99:5
بِأَنَّBecausebi-annaرَبَّكَyour Lordrabbakaأَوْحَىٰinspiredawḥāلَهَا[to] itlahā٥
Because your Lord has inspired [i.e., commanded] it.
99:6
يَوْمَئِذٍۢThat Dayyawma-idhinيَصْدُرُwill proceedyaṣduruٱلنَّاسُthe mankindl-nāsuأَشْتَاتًۭا(in) scattered groupsashtātanلِّيُرَوْا۟to be shownliyurawأَعْمَـٰلَهُمْtheir deedsaʿmālahum٦
That Day, the people will depart separated [into categories] to be shown [the result of] their deeds.
99:7
فَمَنSo whoeverfamanيَعْمَلْdoesyaʿmalمِثْقَالَ(equal to the) weightmith'qālaذَرَّةٍ(of) an atomdharratinخَيْرًۭاgoodkhayranيَرَهُۥwill see ityarahu٧
So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it,
99:8
وَمَنAnd whoeverwamanيَعْمَلْdoesyaʿmalمِثْقَالَ(equal to the) weightmith'qālaذَرَّةٍۢ(of) an atomdharratinشَرًّۭاevilsharranيَرَهُۥwill see ityarahu٨
And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it.
